No people skills at all: dentist was rude about my teeth, had no time to take a history or listen…read moreto my concerns, got angry with me that anaesthetic did not appear to be working (!) and that my case would take him a few minutes longer than expected. The dentist also failed spectacularly to grasp that when an adult is genuinely needle phobic, you can't approach them with a needle without some discussion, or you will humiliate your patient. I was embarassingly distressed and in a mess when I got home. I decided to switch practice when he hurt me for the second time in the follow-up apppointment. Reception is more stark than a vet's practice and I was made to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, with them knowing I was in pain from toothache. Worst practice I've ever seen - there's no excuse for any of this.

Simply hate needled and people prodding around in my mouth but this practice obviously know their stuff. It was quite easy to get to, took the 249 bus and it was the stop opposite the dentists. The paperwork was quickly and the place was in a good shape. First time I was with a lady dentist and she was delicate, yet professional. She made me feel like I was a person, not just another number they're trying to run through their system to bag the pounds! If you live in the area, then I strongly recommend them!

Was very easy to schedule an appointment for the following week, arrived and was seen within 15mins so not too late for a dentist! the clinic looks as though it is either new or had a refurb because walls, carpet and dental equipment all looked very new or clean. Fortunately I only required a check up so can only comment on the dentists performance at that but was very friendly and didnt seem at all judgemental. Overall very happy and glad i signed up at this clinic.

There are about four different dental practitioners in this surgery. I find the care given by my…read moredentist to be of a high quality, the advice given is good and the 6 monthly check up is ok (if the scrap & polish is a bit quick). Hygienist services are available, which you must remember is private care, at which you can get good oral health advice along with good scrapping and polishing if needed. It didn't get 5 stars as you are not able to pay by debit or credit card, cash or check only.

The practice is small - they have one dentist and one hygienist - but both are capable and affable. The waiting area is comfortable and the dental nurses and support staff are really friendly and easy-going. It makes for a friendly atmosphere and feels like a small, family practice. I know a few people who use this private dentist and nobody has an issue.
