Following the procedure, I was well looked after and had a taxi ordered for me ready to take me home. The main reason I had decided not to go private was due to the cost, but I honestly believe I would have not received any higher quality treatment if I had chosen the private option. With each and every consultation or treatment, I have always received the best customer care possible. The reception team are wonderful and provide a lovely friendly service and can't do enough to accommodate you! It definitely makes going to the dentist that bit more bearable.

I was way overdue for a check up so I phoned to see if I could get in with him. They said they don't take appointments but he'd be there between 2-5:00 on a certain day. I got there right before 2 and when I checked in, they said it would be well over an hour before he could see me. So that isn't going to cut it as a "lunch break" out of the office. Unfortunately, since I have to be at work almost all the hours they're open, this place is an utter fail for me.
