She helped be find access to DBT-group therapy at the same location. I haven't encountered any insurance issues with mental health services through Kaiser. I have my personal copay per my insurance plan. The front desk staff are always accommodating and friendly. The lobby provides a calming environment. I recommend this place 100%!

I gave my CC# to my Therapist at to the Billing Lady and both agreed to run my card monthly for whatever I owed, and I was ok with that. I have no problem paying my bills. Once Western became Lifestance something happened and this was no longer happening, and I also was switched to getting electronic statements and had no idea that I owed money, and wasn't aware that my card wasn't being ran. I finally found out I owed $300, and agreed to pay $50 a month which the billing office said was ok. I paid for a couple months and then just paid off the balance December 6th. January 21st I get a notice that my account is in collections. Huh? How can a fully paid off account be in collections?? I have the receipts from Western and my Bank to show I paid the balance in full. It seems that there is a lot of communication break down at this place. This doesn't surprise me at all. I worked here a few years ago, and it was horrible. Western is more about making profits that helping people. The Therapist and Psychologists are great, but the old owners Darryl Quick and his wife Sylwia are all just wanting to make money, they don't care about the helping people- anyone who's ever worked there knows this. Anyway, back to my issue... I plan on making a complain with BBB because this is nonsense, I also never got any sort of letter or calls, about this either. I plan of fighting this.

He was much quicker to tell me what I should feel rather than listen to what I was feeling, and I left after he evaluated me for autism as an explanation for my antisocial behavior. Several times he told me how his approach to counseling is more direct and involves pushing patients more than other therapists. This was a red flag that should have told me he has too much to prove to actually slow down and listen to his patients. I have no doubt he genuinely thought he was helping, but keeping my appointments felt more like going to the dentist than talking to someone who can help me through traumatic events.
