I stopped by since I was thinking of one of my girlfriends whom we were all out together the night before who has her precious dog named Connor and texted her about it. There were different reps from the companies whose pet food brand are carried at this store. This is serious stuff, some are just a state or two away so the food is more fresh. The flavors for the food sounded quite appealing and it was amazing to learn that there are different ones depending on the food allergies that the dog or cat may have, whether old or young, size, etc. My Hubby has tons of allergies (thus one reason for no pets and he was smart not to ask me to choose between him and my cat when we got married decades ago) and these food options were quite amazing. These were dry food but there were also canned (and other packaged that needs to be refrigerated). I decided to go into the store and it almost felt like when our kids were young, when we would go to the mall and stop by the Disney Store! The aisles were nicely laid out, clean. I never realized how large the store was as I never walked to this end of Publix strip at Five Forks. The staff were very friendly and upbeat and wow, towards the back is like pet spa for dogs (maybe cats too) as I saw one large dog getting prepped to go to his "room" and there were signs of the different treatments. I'm posting photos of the store and of the Expo. They were handing out treats to the dogs that were there and the store staff were wearing costumes. Definitely telling my friend about this place as I know she treats her dog with a silver spoon. I don't know what pet prices are like, though they seemed to be having a special with this event. Either way, definitely check this place out if you want to get supplies, food, toys, pet furniture, grooming/treatments for your dog and/or cat.

He did have a slight rash on his belly and Brittney called me about it. Said there were some mats. Took him to the vet that said what was as fine was completely unnecessary. Wonder if she took her bad mood out on her kids when she picked them home. Never, ever again.

After reading several ads on Craigslist and Yelp, I decided to call In Good Hands. I left a voicemail, and within 10 minutes Patty phoned me back to arrange a "Meet and Greet" for the following day. From the moment we opened the door, we all fell in love with Patty (meaning, Holly, Lucy and I). Not only is she kind, fun, and bubbly but this woman truly, honestly and sincerely is NUTS about dogs. Both Lucy AND Holly, normally very reserved with strangers, took to her immediately! She is more dependable than the postal service, will do anything to accommodate you (several times upon learning I had to work late she has had absolutely no problem making an unexpected visit), and leaves little treats behind sometimes. My dogs definitely get a good workout as well - in the evenings they aren't tearing through the house - they are relaxed and happy.

I purchased a GoldenDoodle from Crockett last year. She was born on February 28, 2025, and she has…read morebeen a constant disappointment from the first day she arrived. She was sick when she got here -- vomiting and diarrhea, sometimes with blood in her stool. We took her to our vet, only to find that she had an intestinal parasite. Total cost to cure: over $500. She has also been a constant behavioral problem -- destroying furniture. Worst of all, she is afraid of almost everything -- from the first day she arrived. The Crockett trainer said she was shy -- hardly. It's as if she were traumatized as a very young puppy. She is the product of a Lancaster, PA puppy mill. The Crockett people should be driven out of business. We spent thousands of dollars for a dog that is a constant problem.
