Selection was fine, but prices are steep for what they have. I have experience with mostly midwest and west coast dispensaries, but I can say the folks I dealt with here were rude. Not to mention you get to place an order on a screen and stand in line like its McDonald's. No point for questions or comments about product or anything. What I love about this place is how close and easily accessible to everyone/everything it is. The staff here are ALWAYS so helpful and kind. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have been shopping here since they opened. I've spent thousands of dollars there. Easily $10k+. Every single time I purchase they say "hold onto your receipt in case there is a problem we will exchange/ refund". When I finally purchased a dud cartridge (2g from The Lab for $66 after tax) , I had the receipt and brought it in and they offered me $30 store credit. The smug "manager" who looked like he was 16 implied i didn't know what I was doing or i needed some special pen that is extra strong.... BS. I've used these carts with my pen a million times. The Tyngsboro Store by far has the most polite employees you will ever meet. They quickly move you in and out of lines. The place is always super clean and so much stuff on display it definitely looks high end with plenty of space that makes you feel not so claustrophobic when inside. It's so awesome to order what you need online at 2am and pick it up in the time frame you requested when they open. The prices are usually fair for the market and some prices are a steal. I had 2 carts that were underweight manager was kind enough to take them to the back to be re weighed agreed they were under weight and gave me new ones so I chalked it up to a one time mistake until I went back Sunday morning and bought another cart... January 20th I entered the establishment to pick up what I thought would be just a nice bag to get me through the week. The woman who served me was nice up until she claimed my real ID was fake and offered to call the cops. I give this place ZERO stars for the sheer lack of respect I received from this particular employee. It's funny how they scan your ID at the door, let you through, and then some 25 year old granola bar can single handedly determine an ID isn't valid. Shame on her and shame on this establishment I wouldn't recommend this place even to the worst of my enemies. 7 months later and I still love coming here. It is much busier than ever before, but still really convenient. I still love the curbside service and their products are really good, especially horchata. I did have an issue with a product (the carts) that wasn't full all the way when I opened the package and what was in there disappeared after three hits. When I asked one of the employees about it during a visit what their policy with defective carts, the employees was super helpful and very nice about it. He assured me next time I had a defective product to call them and bring it back. Great place, great product and great customer service. read more

I seriously LOVE this place! Plenty for you to choose from and the vibe there is awesome! Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with just one of the girls working. They don't have name tags so I don't know the name but she had a hat on and head shaved... she was so rude. I totally forgot about the $3 fee when you use a card so I just asked my husband to wait so I could transfer more money over. She was annoyed it took an extra few seconds to do the transfer and she wasn't shy with the attitude. It took me off guard because I have NEVER experienced anything like that here. EVERYONE that I have come in contact with there has been NOTHING but super sweet and helpful. When I left, I noticed one of the workers outside so I just pulled him aside to let him know. Again, he was super sweet and let me know that he was the security guard there and would let the site manager know. Sun sorry it took a few extra seconds. I will use cash from now on. I don't want to annoy anyone. I know people have bad days but that definitely threw off the good vibes there. I went today and had a pleasant experience. I like this dispensary. However the last few times I've purchased .5 vapes they've come half filled. Particularly the NR cartridges. They charge premium price for the product so that's what I expect to get. Like I said just the NR cartridges. The issue is that you don't know what you're going to get in the bag. Can't inspect the product prior to paying for it. So technically you pay for whatever they put in the sealed bag. Sure it's probably an employee in house problem. They need to figure it out though. I was 20 minutes early for a few tonics only and was told to wait up to 50 minutes and check back. Twenty minutes later after a drive of 6 miles and I checked out at Lazy River .
