Horrible experience with the owner, emails attached for viewing purposes. My boyfriend at the time set up an a monthly payment with King Storage using my credit card with my name. King storage never called me to ask my permission to use my credit card nor did they ask for identification from my boyfriend to verify if it was his card to use. He did not have permission to do this, nor was I made aware of the transaction. Many months after my boyfriend and I departed ways, while he's living in Canada, I realized I had a recurring payments that I did not recognize. I called King Storage and spoke with the owner, Julie, and told her that I did not have a storage unit with her company and my card was being used illegaly. She was incredibly flustered at the idea of losing $600 and instead of refunding my card, she insisted I communicate with my ex to be reimbursed for the money King Storage took from me. Again, I am sitting with months of charges on my credit card from King Storage and I've never had a storage unit with them. I informed her that the proper business practice would be to refund the charges as I did not approve or have a unit with them, and it was her responsibility to contact the owner of the unit and receive proper compensation. Now two months later, she's still holding on to the fraudulent charges, and she even claimed, based off of no proof, that I had been refunded by my ex through PayPal and that I was trying to scam her! Thank goodness I was FINALLY able to receive compensation through my ex (as of last night), which took me threatening to call the police for theft. My last email received from Julie today continued to belittle me, my relationship, and tell me how I need to handle future personal relationships, and how I am unprofessional... All while I am the person whose card was used illegally, and she is the business owner who failed to verify identification. So while she continues to hold payment from someone who does not utilize her bussines's services, she berrates me on a personal level. There was no discussion of how her business was taking funds from someone who didn't have a unit with them.

I have had my rental theift, twice in the two months there, Manager stated were the only person…read morewith key , The storage is locked and still broken in How can this be, After the first break in the cameras should of been viewed , no viewing nor addressing the issue, Second the storage had a strong smell of perfume because child has alergies, she had to stay in vechile because of strong ladies perfume, third there was a cam camera in storage and the lock was taken broken in the cam was new and now damage from them taking the lock off bended metal, and had time to take thes ims card and delete the entry and put the sims card back and the first time of break up jewelry taken was brought back , So after this red flag there needs to be a police report and the owner notified, Does the owner going to see that no theift takes part in his company ,or ignore calling me, because I've asked twice to talk to the owner ,and I call back nor information.
