I came in and checked out a key on Friday to pull my vehicle out. When I came back to return the key I asked their hours for Saturday, tomorrow, and was told 9-3. Their sign out front says 9-3. I told them 2-3 times I would be back tomorrow to check out a key to put my car back. I showed up next day at noon, they were closed, no one around. Called and got an answering service 3rd call. They said theyd been getting calls all day and they couldnt reach anyone who should be there. I checked with other offices to see if they had a key, and the management hadnt been there all day and apparently this isnt the first time the management has been no show. (oh and if you're thinking about office space, you have to check out a key from the office to toss your trash, which is new and pretty sucky in my opinion) I have used this place in years past for office space, for storage units, and for vehicle storage. They seem to have recently changed management, much to the detriment of the facility. To check out a key overnight you have to leave a 50$ deposit. to store vehicles its a 100$ deposit. Access is limited to the facility to office hours unless you check out a key or in the past you could buy one for 80$. Storage lockers are extremely dusty and fail at keeping water and dirt and lovely bugs out and are falling down in some cases. we had frequent problems with the doors coming off the tracks and jamming. NEVER will I use this place again. And if you need all hours access, or at least reliable access when they should be open, you should steer clear of this place too.

I said "don't you think you should inform your customers prior to getting a storage unit here?" To which she replied "yes we probably should". What wasn't chewed through was covered in rat feces. Of course they take no responsibility or liability. They didn't even seem shocked or sorry when I told them about the problem because apparently it's a common occurrence that they do not warn their customers about.

We have had a storage unit there for 2 years, paying on time every month. We moved everything out…read moreon 06/09/18 and I went in and spoke to an older lady that was very abrupt and a little rude. I brushed it off until later that night I get a rude phone message that stated I left a lock on the storage unit. Unfortunately, I had forgotten there was 2 doors and only took one of the locks. The message I received the lady (Shirley) was some what yelling stating I left a lock on one of the doors, "I repeat you still have a lock on 61 and you have to have it removed." We actually paid for the storage unit until07/01/2018, so I figured when I had a chance I could go over and take it off. Then I received another voicemail from the same lady on 06/11/2018. Saying that if I don't get the lock off I will be charged another months rent. So, I called and informed her that I work and I have paid for the unit until 07/01/2018 and told he I would get a chance when I'm not working to take it off. They ended up calling and asking if they could just cut off the lock. Paying 95.00 per month, always on time, and never had an issue until now. Very rude and threatening to charge another months Never again will I go to that storage unit and will never recommend it. Also, a lot of our items had water damage and lots of dust. Please check other places.
