I have had my rental theift, twice in the two months there, Manager stated were the only person with key , The storage is locked and still broken in How can this be, After the first break in the cameras should of been viewed , no viewing nor addressing the issue, Second the storage had a strong smell of perfume because child has alergies, she had to stay in vechile because of strong ladies perfume, third there was a cam camera in storage and the lock was taken broken in the cam was new and now damage from them taking the lock off bended metal, and had time to take thes ims card and delete the entry and put the sims card back and the first time of break up jewelry taken was brought back , So after this red flag there needs to be a police report and the owner notified, Does the owner going to see that no theift takes part in his company ,or ignore calling me, because I've asked twice to talk to the owner ,and I call back nor information. On who owns this place, On top of this trust of them keeping our property and trusting them to keep it there They talk myy child's back pack of all school supply, To start of with I couldn't open the Dr up to open , When I first recieved the storage, key would jam, and then want back first theift said no one want in to fix the problem but it was fixed, I stated maintence was there because they left two small boards on side of rolling Dr so the Dr would roll down easier, she did reply, Then again this month, now need to let the police know if this incident, Shame we truct this company with our valuables and for two break ins in two months and no answers nor the owners replying is very bad bussiness, Would you trust your belongings to a company who don't address this problem, lLetsface the problem look at the cameras and find the theift.Thats all I'm saying A big Shame bussiness is run by one person with no communication of the truth and of the video,What would you do? This manager needs to be a shame of her game, they don't tell you they have universal keys to get in and then will damage cams in the unit. And thinks in there, Most of all this storage sliding bolted dr]s open north ,south, west , and east to all other stores, Just unscrew the screws on the unit next to it. your pretty mush giving your stuff away and they now that, and the Owners do not care m not care. Manager states its your problem to secure when sliding dr's open all directions and universal keys you can buy at walmart, No shame on her game manager!!!! I used this storage for 3months and when I first signed contract I was told nothing about insurance so I purchased 2units overall and received only 20$deposit check which is crazy considering how much I paid a month and only got deposit for one unit not2like I purchased I was told That I had 2 catch up but There is no way 2 fall behind cause ur unit will be sold so even though I was caught up I still only received one deposit check for 20$ And because I was not told about insurance Which I would have paid for My big unit got water damage bad the roof leaked !Their are also Mice so this Storage place is just out for money their hours are horrible their gat locks at 6pm everynight which makes thing hard you cant get in 2get to your u it cause the gate locks at 6pm so I had a horrible experience my furniture got ruined and I do not recommend this place at all !!!!! ALSO one of the personal workers a lady older blonde woman very rude lady as well It was horrible they just want your money! read more
