I experienced exactly this, but was particularly taken by how they position their wines. Now I love my wine but am more into drinking it than actually knowing anything about it ;-) so it was refreshing to be able to tell them what sort of 'experience' I was looking for from a wine (relaxing vs. energising, for example) and they were able to tell me which wine was best... AWESOME!!! Be sure sure to pay a visit next time you're in Berlin, and pay particular attention to the artwork used to depict the variety of wines on the wall (as well as the London-themed pencil sharpeners - those are so cool!!!).
