This place is awesome! Not only do they carry pretty much any supplement you could possibly ask for, but the workers there are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The owner, Marty, also takes a special, personal interest in his customers, which is a rare quality these days. If he doesn't know the answer to a question then he will find it out for you as quickly as possible! I'm pregnant and have been taking the prenatal and supplement formula he recommended for me and have never felt healthier! Even though I moved away I can call him anytime during business hours and his staff takes my order and mails it to me, so distance isn't a problem! Marty let me know he is in the process of setting his website up for making purchases as well and I'm very excited, this will make my business with him very convenient and easy! Definitely recommend him highly! read more

History

Established in 2001.

We began as a family owned pharmacy in 1982. With the rise of nutrition supplements in the 90's, we opened the Natural Wellness Corner in 2001 to better meet our clients needs. Now, we are solely the Natural Wellness Corner. Our practice focuses on promoting health and wellness through supporting the body with natural means. Within our small business, we work with clients to help teach healthy lifestyles and to support health through diet and supplements. As our nutritionist is also a pharmacist, we are especially concerned with the safety of our supplements and how they may interact with prescription medications. Our brand focuses on natural means to promote wellness safely and effectively.

Meet the Business Owner: Martin D.

Martin was the owner and pharmacist of Medicine Store since from 1982 to 2019. He became a clinical nutritionist and opened the Wellness Corner in 2001. Marty became interested in natural medicine when he realized how much modern medicine is based in just treating symptoms rather than treating the root cause. He focuses on supporting the body's natural strength and healing process through proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle.

Marty is one of a kind; for years now he's been doing consultations to help work on any health issue from a natural perspective. His system takes the body holistically, looking for the imbalance causing the problem rather than just treating the symptom with drugs. He's extremely knowledgable as a nutritionist, herbalist, and traditional pharmacist. He's always done one on one health service with a large questionnaire to get the whole picture, but now his site has quick quizzes if your only interested in certain symptoms. Trouble sleeping? Menopause? Nail problems? Sick and tired of being sick and tired? He's got quick answers now with these quizzes. You get a regiment of supplements that will help your body get back on track, but more importantly, you get information. His material explains why your taking what your taking and what it does to help bring the body back into balance. And best yet, you can talk to him.
