I searched for a reasonably priced wedding photographer for my wedding in September of '19 and I found Guillermo, we met for our consultation, everything seemed to be fine. Our engagement shoot and wedding day went smoothly aside from the fact that he did not get photographs of me and my dad and he took at least 10 photos of the wedding coordinator. Not to mention photos of our first dance as husband and wife taken from behind the DJ booth. It was after the wedding that the majority of the problems started. I was told during the consultation that I would be receiving a wedding album with photos that I have chosen, after he sent the first draft (in October) and I asked to simply switch some images around, he said that I would need to: "If you would like to do that, please send me a list of the image numbers by page, clearly marking each spread like this: Spread 1 - left side - frame 1 - image name, Spread 1 - right side - frame 1 - image name and so on. Please do this for every image even if it the image I had selected. " Basically do his job. I complied because I wanted it done correctly. All communication was done through a series of emails which were sporadic and in which he quoted me $300 for a custom album, that I never asked for, the next week he quoted me $500 for the same thing. Throughout the emails he made sure to mention that it was all so very time consuming and really made me feel like a pain in the ass for just trying to get my wedding album done how I wanted it, how he promised it would be. Being human, and this not being my job (I had a pdf of the album and over 1000 images to go back and forth between), I did make a couple mistakes and asked him to switch the images. Guillermo NEVER sent me a final pdf to approve before he printed the album and mailed it to my house. FOUR months later I've just received the album and I am NOT happy with the final outcome, there are images that were never mentioned that got added in, the layout didn't make sense in some cases, just obvious things that he could've fixed but at this point he just wanted to get me out of his hair. Looking for a photographer was more difficult than we anticipated. First it was like pulling teeth just to get someone to return a simple email and then they wanted you to come into their office to have a "consultation" only to find out this meeting turned into a high sales pressure rally. Then we called Guillermo with Natural Touch Photography and we found a completely different approach. He was so pleasant and casual on the phone, answered all of our questions and even gave us pricing! He explained how all weddings are a little different and cordially suggested to meet with him - but never pushed us. When we said we wanted to think about it, he was totally agreeable and didn't even try to suggest to call us back. It wasn't until we called him that we made an appointment so we never felt obligated. His presentation was amazing and his knowledge not only of photography but of the wedding industry was obvious - a true professional. He gave us discount coupons to great vendors, made a wedding day schedule for us and showed us some amazing photos all as a conversation between friends. Then he actually suggested that we think about it and not make a decision right then (although we were ready). We loved that! All of his commitments were met although our photos took a little longer than anticipated. Chris - the photographer at our reception was amazing and everything came out beautifully. He even gave us a free 11X14 image for the small delay without us even asking. After finding Guillermo and working with him, we feel we truly worked with the best wedding photographer in Albuquerque. My fiance gave me "one task" - find the photographer. I had no idea how to do it so I asked friends and family - they were no help. I then met with a few photographers in town and I had a hard time getting them to return calls or they were too pushy. But Guillermo from Natural Touch Photography was not like the rest of them. He returned my call, was very calm, very professional and didn't even ask me for an appointment - he just said: "Think about what we talked about and get back to me if you feel it is the right thing for you guys" Wow! So we hired him after a great meeting. Natural Touch Photography was absolutely amazing to work with! My pictures were wonderful. One of the best things that the photographers told me was that they will not make the wedding revolve around them and their schedules, but they will revolve around the natural flow of the wedding itself to capture the real moments instead of the forced ones. The company offered everything that I wanted and more for a great price. They gave us a CD with every single picture taken for the engagement and wedding photos and we got the rights to those pictures so that we could do what ever we wanted with them. The picture quality is fantastic and I can't believe what a great job they did. They were so fun to work with that I felt that the photographers were guests at my wedding! We are immensely happy with the beautiful work that Guillermo provided for us. We really wanted to have pictures in a natural setting that could bring across the warmth in our family.
