Love this place, although my review focuses more on the cafe than the new-age gift shop.
Really delicious fresh food : panini's/baguettes/bagels with more imaginative (and generous) fillings than you're likely to find in any chain store cafe, and there's always several soups & hot meals to choose from as well. Oh, not to mention yummy pastries & scones!
Sadly I haven't been in a year - prices back then for lunch were round about the £3.75 - £6.00 range.
Also has a wide range of drinks : from old-fashioned pink lemonade to sparkling wines - so there's something for everyone.
Although very near the Uni, probably attracts more non-student folk. It has quite a nice laid back vibe, as long as you don't mind panpipe music! read more
