This wasn't about the cost of the item -- it was about principle and respect. I expected at least a sincere acknowledgment, not a cold dismissal. In the end, it's just a protein shake (which they made correctly) and a peanut butter bowl with no Açaí, and my daughter loves peanut butter - she wins.
