Have been a customer for about 1.5 years. I've always been happy with the customer service. But in the past few months they haven't had the products I've always preferred. I use the refillable vape pens, and the selection of vape juicers has been very poor. They haven't had the brand or flavor I use to purchase for months. It appears they now almost exclusively favor the disposable vapes. It's unfortunate because this Shop is very convenient for me. Great selection, open on Sundays (a plus living downtown where most businesses are closed on Sundays). I walk but there's convenient parking at the post office a block away. Staff is always super friendly and happy to provide recommendations on their selection of products. read more

I am a regular buyer of Natural Mystics products. I have spent quite a bit of cash overtime making purchases. After making a $35 purchase. They wanted to charge me $10 on my credit card to purchase a one dollar lighter. I guess being a loyal customer means nothing, they will never get my business again. read more

I got a few devices here (elfbars) and one of them did not work. I walked back into the store and told the guy at the register, and he told me there was nothing he could do about it, even though i JUST bought it. This has never happened to me. I buy disposable vapes all the time, and on the rare occasion they don't work, I am ALWAYS reimbursed. I'm pretty irritated that they sold me something defective and didn't give a shit. So we tried to come in the afternoon to purchase a few things but the worker was coming out for lunch... we waited five minutes for him to come back but unfortunately the poor guy locked himself out and we couldn't get what we needed. Fast forward a few hours, we called and made sure he got back in. He recognized us and told us to come back so he could make things right. We came in and were greeted by the sweetest pitbill ever! He was very helpful in helping us find what we needed, we're from Texas and were not familiar with their brands. He also gave us lots of tips for traveling around the island on the rest of our trip! The service here is excellent. I bought a palm vaporizer not too long ago. It comes with obscure hard to replace accessory pieces. The owner or partner I believe informed me on who to ask questions to in their warranty dept but also hooked me up with a spare piece as well as an emergency device at half off just to help me out. Quality products with a wide selection all in a cool and tranquil environment all at a reasonable price. Found this place by accident but i am glad i did. Most shops are over by Kalakaua and University but this one is in downtown right next to the First Hawaiian Building. Parking might be a problem during the day, but not so much at night. They open till 7 but I walked in a little after 7 but the guy working was very nice and said no problem and let me in. That's how you get the 5th star. I was looking for a couple of items but they do have a decent selection of pipes, lighters, vaping accessories, cigarettes and papers. The prices were comparable to most other shops. I will be honest and say that there are places that have a bigger selection of pipes, but if you are on this side of town, this is a good go-to spot for your smoking needs. read more

I work in downtown and needed to find a place that sold puff bars, as always ii googled the nearest place close to me which led me to natural mystics. As soon as ii walked in ii got greeted. The environment and atmosphere was great. It's very neat/clean inside. And There was so much to look at and so much to choose from lol ii wish ii got the guys name that helped me out. Great hole in the wall place. As soon as you enter the store you get hit by nice cold air conditioning - It gets kinda warm in downtown HNL - and you get greeted by their friendly staff - great local braddaz! The store gives off a nice lounge feeling - you'll like it there. I came in for a few small things and got my questions answered. Great bunch of guys I tell you! And because it's so close to my working place, its very convenient. Parking is kinda scarce during day hours, but can be had by the post office about a block away for spare change. Free street parking around downtown starts at 6:30pm, so you're left with about 30 min to get there, you're better off paying for post office parking so you can take your time asking questions to get what works for you. read more

Stopped by to get the vape kit. Da braddah recommended eleaf ijustx. Price tag was 80 but he hooked it up for 40 and another 20 for 60ml juice. On my way home I was kinda worried if it's one of those generic brand that leak or over heat. Been vaping for last couple hours and so far so good. I think it's as good as mods that cost 100 plus.
