I can take my time walking the aisles without feeling cramped or waiting in long checkout lines. What truly sets this Sprouts apart is the exceptional customer service. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted by a team member, and throughout my shopping experience, everyone is consistently pleasant and helpful. Even at checkout, the cashiers are friendly--especially Gabriel. Kudos to the manager and the entire team for creating such a wonderful neighborhood store.

Prices are reasonable to pricey depending on what you need. They give out free 'magazines' when your purchase exceeds a certain amount ($20?), and most of those have 10 percent off coupons for 'vitamins', which means you can't use them on other items, such as herbs. The have an open copy of a Natural Healing reference, which is useful, because most of the employees don't seem to know a lot about the products they sell. Beware the reduced product that has expired. I bought something that had a bad smell and something resembling fur on the tablets. I had to negotiate with the manager, who would not do a refund, but gave me what I spent on another item. Sprouts in Lakewood and Vitamin City in Long Beach are good alternatives.
