I called and got transferred to the Port Richey office. They told me my doctor left for another position and so the office is closed. No one notified me when my doctor left, and I got the usual reminder emails and texts for days before asking me to confirm my appt. The receptionist at Port Richey said they called me to reschedule my appt, but I didn't answer, and they left a voicemail. There vm came in the middle of the usual stream of reminder emails and texts and just assumed the vm was another one, and deleted it. But the receptionist had the nerve to start blaming me for missing their one phone call, so I gave her some four letter words and hung up.

The kind that starts as a headache, wakes you up in the middle of the night, and then makes you call out for work. I got to total desperation, and asked if there was anything he could do. I felt like nails were being hammered into my head... Dr. Mike told me to come in and he'd adjust me right away. Within minutes I felt a relief from all the pressure. He told me to lay down and relax a few minutes, I probably could of taken a nap and he would of let me just sleep there... haha! Later today he personally checked up on me to see how I was doing, as well as drinking plenty of water and maybe a nap too. Not many doctors are that personable, but Dr. Mike is! He always puts his patients first.

The first time I saw Emily, and she was so sweet, kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. She explained everything step by step and made sure I felt calm and comfortable, especially since it was my first time getting filler. I got Botox and chin filler, and she made the whole process so easy and reassuring. Today I saw Cara for my chin, jaw, cheeks, and lips, and she was equally wonderful! She is so gentle that I barely even felt the needle. She took the time to show me in the mirror what she was planning, which helped me really understand the process and feel confident in the results. Both visits exceeded my expectations. This is hands down the best medspa I've ever been to, and I recommend them to everyone! Emily and Cara are both amazing at what they do, and they truly care about their patients.

I don't recommend Gulf Cosmetics - Trinity, FL I paid in…read morefull for a CoolSculpting package at Gulf Cosmetics, which was clearly documented on my invoice as "treatment to complete" with at least three visits. What I experienced was shocking and unacceptable. During my second visit, the treatment was shorted, and when I brought it up, both Gloria and the owner, Nicole, tried over and over to make me pay for treatments I had already paid for. Despite having proof of my purchase, they completely ignored it and even refused to give me access to the machinerecords that could show what was actually done. When selling the treatments, the staff and owner are extremely friendly, charming, and persuasive, making you feel comfortable and like you're getting a great deal. But once you pay, they switch completely -- suddenly you are ignored, dismissed, and treated as if they are doing you a favor, even though you already paid in full. They lie, mislead, and try to make you feel like the problem is yours, not theirs. I felt pressured, disrespected, and completely taken advantage of. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in a business. They promised a complete treatment package, but what I got was half-done, shorted, and mishandled, and instead of fixing it, they tried to squeeze even more money out of me. Warning to anyone considering Gulf Cosmetics: Do not trust their words. Do not pay a single penny without proper documentation. Make sure you get everything in writing and have proof of every treatment or payment. This clinic is all charm and friendliness at first, but once your money is in their hands, you are treated like an inconvenience, ignored, and pressured for more money. based on my experience, I would never go back, and I would warn everyone I know to stay away. Do not make the same mistake I did -- this clinic does not honor its promises, and they will try to take advantage of you at every step. If you don't believe me, check all the other reviews they have on Facebook, Yelp, Google, and across the internet -- you'll see a pattern of people experiencing the same issues.
