I've seen her help direct people to find different things around the store, get the right person to help a customer in specific departments... and just the other day a customer dropped a large glass bottle and the contents exploded. She then told me I had to give it a little more time to start working. Well a month later and still saw NO changes in my mood, my hair, nails and skin. I now know their website reviews are fake because there are a bunch of new 5 stars dated April 1st and its March 31st and yeah I get time difference but its only 10pm east coast ‍ They make so much noise about their crappy "supplements" its really disappointing because I was so excited for it :( and the reviews being deleted is so shady.

The cashiers here are very nice and I like that they offer a good return or exchange policy in case you aren't happy with an item. I had bought a face cream from here named Acure and that very night I used the cream and had a really bad reaction to it. So the next day I brought it in for an return/exchange and they happily took it back and I bought other items with the refund. I will say that there are some items that are pricier than normal but again sometimes it's worth it because these items are rare and hard to find.
