Her range of juices is large and rather exotic, as well as the fridge range of vegan friendly foods, like sprouted spelt. The other half of the shop holds a standard range of herbal health care, and though the selection isn't as large as some shops, it has been very well chosen to include all the important herbs by well-priced brands. This is one of the few shops where I can find Olive Leaf, which is a great herb for colds, so I visit here regularly, and often come home with a bag of nuts or healthy munchies or some nice moisturiser. I like the wide variety of products here and can mostly find anything I'm looking for.

What I love most is the staff know about the products, and know what to recommend to suit your needs. I've lost count of the number of times I've been in here knowing what I want, but not knowing what I want (if that makes sense!), and it's great knowing that the staff are there and happy to help you pick a product that best suits your needs.

I'm a few kilos over my usual limit at the moment and just thinking about The Yoghurt Factory makes me feel extra fat, but I love it. I love this particular Yoghurt, because it is creamy and has a dollop of the actual fruit plopped into it rather than it all being fully mixed like some others. Any way here you buy it direct. Factory direct Yoghurt... mmmm. I wish, as is my fantasy, that you could go in for an hour and sit in a bathtub of Yoghurt and eat your way out - they would measure your fat guts to see how much more bulbous you are, and tell you how much you had consumed and you'd pay (dearly) - but alas that is only my wont; my fantasy. The reality is that it is a large storage facility and warehouse, and behind the entrance door you have a little window inside a rather long but slender foyer, and you can make your order at the window, and if they have it here they'll grab it for you. It is a great local brand and did I mention I love it?

I am yet to get to the organic butcher who sells grass-fed and nitrate free meats as its all the way on the other side of town, so when I discovered this place selling wild/free range seafood right around the corner from my work, I was excited! I went there on a Friday afternoon and was the only customer, which meant I had the full attention of the owner who helped me choose some tuna steaks (frozen), snapper cutlets and scallops. He also answered my questions about how best to cook each one. All of their seafood is wild-caught except the salmon and the barramundi. They used to sell commercially only, but since they catch all their own prawns, they decided to expand the business to meet the needs of most people in Adelaide who are hopping on the Paleo lifestyle bandwagon. For 2 snapper cutlets, 2 tuna steaks and about 20 scallops, it cost me $40. I don't usually buy this kind of seafood so I don't know if this is expensive or reasonable, but after cooking up my snapper last night and knowing I was eating a delicious, natural dinner, I decided I was happy with the cost. They are open 9-5 Monday to Friday, and 9-12 on Saturdays, but not in the winter months.
