All of our babies are special need in one way or another. But when we need to head out of town, Esther and Brian do not hesitate to jump in and provide the love and care that my little furry angels need. For the last few years, a collective family consisting of a dog, a turtle, 15 cats, 9 racoons, 16 skunks, and 3 possums, have never needed to know a day without care, a night without love, nor a morning of hunger. Whether it was multiple visits each day to come and spend time with the babies, or the occasional "slumber party" when around the clock/overnight care was needed, my babies always felt loved and safe. They do it all! Feedings, playing, medications, cleaning the pet areas, hanging out/couch time, snack time...all of it! Sabrina came out and worked with us and quickly zeroed in on the issue of the month Roscoe is such a joy to be around and I know it's because of Sabrina's skill with dogs and her understanding that it was us, the owner, that needed to be taught. We have had a four sessions with her, all in which she worked within our schedules and came to our house to make happen. Each and every session, we learn more and more and our Scottie, Ruckus has improved. Of course, it takes practice and dedication of the owners to train a dog, but Sabrina provides you with all the knowledge and tools you need to successfully do so. She is like the female Cesar Milan, dogs just respect her from the start, it's cool to see! With our dog, we have more advanced service dog training. Even if you don't intend to have your dog perform at service dog level, I seriously recommend getting at least one session of training just to make your life easier with your dog. Thank goodness I saw a post on NextDoor and Facebook about Abby Hutton and her pet sitting service, she was my Godsend!! We met her 3 days before my trip and my two dogs, 2 and 4 year old lapdog pits, took to her immediately and tried to cover her with kisses, I knew then and there she was the one. She came to our home 3 times each day, fed them, played/cuddled with them, took them out and, to my surprise, cleaned the yard!! She sent us text and pictures each time she checked in on them and I felt so relieved and happy knowing they were home and being well taken care of. You can tell she loves her work and cares for your animals just like they were her own! I never used a sitter before, just boarding, but we already know this is the route we will go on any of our future vacations because we loved the fact that she came to our homes so our pups were already in their happy place and it felt like leaving your dogs with a trusted friend.
