From the second you walk in the front door you are greeted by the lovely ladies offering to point you in the right direction. As I was looking for fabrics/panels/patterns that were unique to the area, and that I knew I could not get from home, I was looking at their selection of outdoor/wildlife panels. When the staff realized I was overwhelmed by the rows and rows of fabric choices, they brought out their "panel book" which had pictures of all their stock. organized by category- such a great idea! As I wandered through the store, picking up things along the way, the staff made sure to bring my choices back to a "waiting area" table with a "Still Shopping" sign on top so I did not have to carry everything with me and there was no rush or pressure to finish my shopping. I truly appreciated this! I noticed there was a large room in the back that was set up for classes, which I am sure are very popular. With so many craft & fabric stores going out of business or selling out to big-box stores where you lose the customer service, it was so nice to visit a store that still understands what their customers want!

I found what I wanted online at this store at a good price. Placed my order VERY late on a Monday night. Imagine my shock when I had the fabric in my possession on Thursday. Can't ask for faster service. The fabric was exactly as shown on their website. I will always check their site for products as I need it for now on.

If you haven't had the chance to check it out by all means give yourself plenty of time to see it all!! I mean a few hours at least!! From household decor, arts & crafts, fabric for home decor, quilting and clothing, yarn, paint, framing and all of any holiday decor you can think of!! Truly an amazing store but I can't come here unless I can spend so money otherwise it's just a tease. If I could give this business a ZERO star I would. Warning: DO NOT trust them for sewing machine…read moreservice unless you want them to NOT clean your machine. They will not clean it as a normal service would include and will over-oil the entire thing. I called them out in their misrepresentation and they called me to "threaten me that if I left this review that they would post their store video of me" which "paints me in a very poor light", when in fact, I am calling the repair tech out on his bul_shit. Beware, see photos. The tech was supposed to service my older machine, which was working just fine when I took it in for a basic service/cleaning, with the exception of the needle lever.
