Antonio is one of THE MOST genuine and honest people in this business. Truly a man of his word. I had a large sized dent that other PDR shops were quoting me at upwards of $800 to repair and Antonio promised it to me at less than half of that. Initially I was skeptical but he showed me his portfolio of work, I was convinced by then. He was able to get out to me as soon as the next day. It was apparent that my dent was going to take longer than what was initially quoted but he didn't raise the price he had quoted me, and had even insisted he come back the next day to finish the job. That's something you don't see every day in any customer service experience. He had a few other appointments but made sure to follow up with me to make sure I was available. Antonio walked me through the process and told me how everything is done, completely transparent. His service is no gimmick, he is a hardworking and honest businessman. At the end of it all, the mammoth sized dent in my truck was no longer noticeable and 99% pulled out. No damage looks like it had occurred. I was beyond impressed. Had a Fiat 500 at my dealership that had some dents in the roof. Antonio told me he could get them out. Didn't...and damaged the roof so badly it needed to go to the body shop. He didn't charge me but in the end cost me more than if I had just sent it to the body shop. Have tried to have him out here again and he is just an absolute flake. I got in touch with Antonio yesterday and asked him about repairing a small dent on the bottom of the passenger side door. I was driving a rental car and did not want to turn it in while the condition was not how it was when I rented it. Antonio said he would be at my home the next morning at 9am. Great service from Antonio! Antonio was prompt in communicating and was able to come by, check out my car and provide an estimate. He was able to remove all of the door dings on the doors and rear quarter panel. The door dings were all on the body crease too. I'm uploading to Yelp the before and after pics of the passenger door with approx 8 dings in it. There are still paint scratches, but those obviously can't be addressed with just dent removal. Well. My 2018 honda accord was backed into by my son. Big dent in the passenger door. I called one dent repair guy he said he couldn't do it it was too hard to call a body shop. So a couple months later I decided to try again. So I got on Yelp found this company on a Saturday night at 12:30 in the morning I shot them an email. He was actually awake and emailed me right back and said he could do it for 2:50. He emailed me on Sunday set up a time for Monday afternoon he showed up on time at 2:30. He was there for about 2 and 1/2 hours and the dent is gone. I wish I would have called him a couple months ago but the car is perfect now. read more

Superior Dent Repair came to our RV park and presented themselves to the management and were given the opportunity to attend the Monday morning weekly meeting. They fixed several cars so we decided to give them a try and seeing several happy customers. They came and fixed the dents in the car but did not replace the Crome strips around four windows. After 10 phone calls unanswered my husband and I drove to the address on their website, gee guess what NOT there. I turned them into the Better Business Bureau and they had no luck getting a return call. So beware of doing business with this company. I recently came to find a dent in my car and so I did a quick search which led me to Clean and Neat PDR. They got me a quote faster than anyone else and with their 5-star rating I felt comfortable giving them a shot. The technician, Corian, came to my house and completed the job in under an hour and did great work. Unfortunately the dent put a crease in the metal and I was really worried that it would end up causing a crack in the paint once they pulled it out...but he was able to make it look like 95% again, a huge improvement. I appreciate that he was a little conservative with the repair because if he'd gotten more aggressive, I think the paint would have very likely ended up cracking or at the least, spider-webbing. He and I would probably be the only ones that could find where it was once all was said and done, the average person would never know. Overall, I'm very pleased with the customer service and work performed, the quick response time, and the price was lower than other quotes I received. read more

Amazing service!! Extremely convenient all I had to do was make a phone call and schedule a time. Antonio came by my house and worked on my car on my time. Owner showed up and said it would take several hours to repair several dents on my Dodge pickup and then quoted me $350. It was more than I expected, but I agreed to the cost. He spent an hour and a half on it and several dents were repaired, but one was still fairly noticeable. It was an ok job. When I asked him what I owed, he said $350. I was a bit surprised because it took less than half the time of his estimate. I feel like I was taken advantage of. And to make matters worse, he ate suckers while he worked and littered the sticks wherever he finished the sucker. I'd look for someone else. read more
