We recently purchased a house and had an extensive drip irrigation system and noticed a leak in one…read moreof the pumps. We also had a high water bill and didn't know if it had anything to do with the sprinklers because we had such a confusing irrigation control system with multiple pumps on the property. We hired Urban Ecoscapes to do an audit of our system. Mark the owner and his crew came out and thoroughly checked our system and provided us a detailed report of how the system was running and repairs/improvements needed. On top of the report, he also made sure the sprinkler heads were aligned correctly and not wasting water on spraying the pavements and made sure the drip line were all functional and correctly positioned. He then provided us a very reasonable quote to replace the defective pump and replace the system controller with a very easy to use Rachio controller which you can download to your phone and control the system wirelessly. We are planning on utilizing Mark and his crew to change the soft and hardscaping around the house. It should be noted that Mark was the third landscaper I called to fix the irrigation system. I paid the previous one to schedule my irrigation system and Mark found out the system was turning on for 30 minutes seven days a week. Hence, my Tier 3 water bill.
