No dawdling, or smoke breaks although I did insist on their hydrating & we took a quick 10 or so minute break. They do 4 hour blocks, keep that in mind. So, I do recommend them and would hire them again.

I got a call this morning at 9 AM that they no longer were able to deliver the dumpster we agreed upon because over the weekend their truck that transports them had mechanical issues. The representative on the phone understood my frustration because I had taken PTO to do this project today. He then offered to bring me two 15 yard dumpsters which equals 30 yards instead of the 20 yard I ordered to make up for it. It was a fair offer in theory had they have been able to execute on their promise. At 1 o'clock, I still didn't have any dumpsters in my driveway had lost the entire day I had taken for PTO. I then called back to explain my frustration that now to do the project I have to take a second day of PTO since I wasted this one. I was told the gentleman was on the way to the dump to dump out one dumpster so they would have both of the 15s to bring me. It became a parent at that point that they're never likely was a dumpster available today. They just didn't have one and didn't wanna lose the job so made a promise to me that they could execute when they knew they couldn't. I received absolutely zero empathy for the second PTO day request, and then the gentleman on the phone started to become argumentative. I highly recommend you hire anyone but this company because they are unreliable and do not do what they say they can do. If you're relying on the affordable waste solutions to do their part to meet a project schedule or deadline whether you're in Construction or a home repair project it won't be with this company as they just feed you mistruths while they juggle their equipment to not lose out on a job. Honesty goes a long way and they lack it.

Their prices are right on the mark, however, I've used them three times now and that has managed to net myself and my husband a small savings. They deliver on time, they pick up on time and are so easy to work with! I have never had the honor of working with a better group of people. Kind, considerate and generous. I would recommend them to anyone out there that would never abuse their generosity. People like this should be cherished, not used and abused. The quality of dumpster was spectacular. We rented a 20 yard twice and then a 15. (There was 25 years of stuff and two husbands' worth of other junk that needed to be cleared out) Best I can say is they receive my highest A#1 rating in my book! I'm so glad we've finally moved out and cleaned everything out of that falling apart old double wide! Now it can be taken out and gotten rid of! Thank you Adilen for all your patience and kindness. Much love and appreciation to you!

They also did not dust the surfaces in the living room, although one team member did dust the ceiling vents.
