It's 4/22/2022......it's EARTH DAY!!!…read more And this is who I dedicate this review for. We only have one planet folks, so let's do our part to save it. Let's properly dispose our waste where it needs to go. And don't expect Elon Musk and Company to SpaceX all of us into the next future planet because that's not gonna happen....unless you gots the dollars, money, dineros, cheddars, greenbacks, funds, Benjamins, cash. You get my drift?!? Some of you may not know but Duval County has a dedicated facility that collects all hazardous waste. This facility is far distance of a drive for me, but I had some hazardous stuff I needed to dispose, so off I went. Once you get here, it's an easy process. I also use to take my used oil to Advance Auto every couple of oil changes but felt the need to have to buy something to use their service. I know I know -- I don't have to. This facility takes used batteries, oil and more. I arrived around lunch time during open business hours. There's two lanes that allow folks to park and then dispose of what's needed. It wasn't busy and I was in/out within a couple minutes. There are several employees that can help unload or answer questions if needed. The sign states for Duval county residents only, but no one checked my I.D. not saying folks from other counties should bring their stuff here. I'll probably start using the services here a lot more often being that they are located close to home plus super convenient.
