Thank you Bob!!! Although we bought our home nearly a year ago, the thorough home inspection and the invaluable binder with Hoaglin's very detailed and illustrated report has been such an important resource for us! * We turned to the handy "How to operate your home Owners Manual" that he included when winterizing our home for our first winter in snow country. * Then when we suffered a water loss, this documentation really saved us and getting our homeowners insurance to cover the damage. I'm so grateful we had this inspection report, and that State Farm was able to restore home back to the condition it was in when we purchased it. * We have used the home inspection report as a guide post for planning the repairs and upgrades necessary to take care of our forever home.
