I understand about keeping it on file but in doing so they need to assume a level of responsibility in caretaking and safekeeping of that data. if they do not want to invest in software a low tech solution is a lock drawer. Also thumbs down on impark who runs the parking lot - I was required to pay for 1.5 hours for literally 15 minutes. The pay station does not allow you to purchase less time.

I called Lifecare and talked to Bahman and he is so eager to help and be accomodating. He spoke to me about how they are wanting to set up an ostomy care service and asked if I'd be willing to share insight into my experiences. My ostomy supplies had to be ordered in; I went there on a Saturday and they came in on Tueday. When I wasn't able to pick up my supplies, he delivered them to my work place in Vancouver. NO ostomy care centre has EVER offered that to me before. Wow! I definitely recommend this place to ostomy patients in the Tri-Cities area (and beyond!).
