I know it's been a very long time since I gave an update but here goes. I only received 3 months of laser treatment and I noticed a difference both in the quality of my hair and shedding. The treatments along with the special hair products were working. I would recommend this place and their treatment plans to anyone losing their hair. I didn't do a full year of treatments because I moved out of state. All in all, great staff and service. They make you feel like family there. read more

I made an appointment due to having issue with hairline. Not only did Annabel make me feel comfortable she gave me a great hair style Thank you National Hair! read more

I have been coming here for 25 years. Their professionalism, quality of product, and service is unmatched in the state. I made the mistake of switching my hair service place once years ago. It didn't take me long to realize my mistake and come back to NHC. Their new ownership has taken a great company and made it into an elite one, unsurpassed in Arizona. When you finally make the decison to go to a hair service... This place should be your ONLY choice!!! read more

Terrible experience. The staff are rude and unprofessional. Please buy your hair somewhere else, don't support this business.

I am very disappointed in the hair piece I received from NHC. It is so badly made, the fit of the hair topper, color, material and style are completely awful. It is unwearable. I was charged almost 1,300 dollars for a semi-custom made hair topper and what I received was a substandard "topper". Completely ridiculous. I was not able to get a refund at all, so now I'm stuck with an unwearable, poor quality hair piece. read more

Had another follow up and everything went well. I am really happy with how my transplant turned out. Gene has been a great advocate and he knew what was going to be happening to me every step of the way. read more

Buyer beware of new ownership. I have been a long time customer of NHC since I was in my early 20's. I've invested many $$$ throughout the years on various treatments advised by NHC to keep a healthy set of hair. From Propecia to a $4,000 Laser Hat. Unfortunately, my hair keeps falling out. Therefore, I decided to invest into the FUT hair transplant and write a check to National Hair Center for $8,275 for 2500 graphs. I opted for my temples and front of my head. This was 16 months ago and the results are extremely poor. In fact the surgeon told me in a text the results were meager and he was expecting much more. The scar on the back of my head took over a year to fully heal, and the hair growth on my temples is so minimal, I have to shave it to look normal. My $8K investment has to be hidden by a razor blade. Since the operation, the surgeon now works for another company and NHC is under new ownership. When you purchase a business, you assume full responsibility of that business including all of its current and past clients. The old surgeon told me that NHC always took care of their customers and their satisfaction. In a case like this, NHC would fix the problem and offer another transplant free of charge. At least the previous owners did. The new owners told me to seek out the surgeon and have him redo the surgery. Yes, they wanted me to seek out an ex employee and demand him to redo this surgery. I paid NHC. I did not pay the doctor. NHC will not assume any responsibility nor will they help me out in any capacity. I advise anyone to remove yourself from being an NHC customer. Do not spend your time or money because they will not treat you like a valid partner. Matt H read more

Due to the Pandemic, I was "stuck" in Arizona for a few months. I normally visit a place in New York and made an appointment here. The staff was so welcoming and Sean took me right in knowing my situation. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and attention given to keeping everyone virus free, I then was introduced to Libby who took care of me and she was fabulous! I look forward to my return to Arizona and seeing them all again! read more

Loved how Tammy was so very understanding, helpful and not at all pressuring me to spend my money, here. Various options were available, but the "fuller-look" haircut I got from Tanisha made me feel so much better about myself that I didn't need to spend the big bucks yet. Love the products that Tammy recommended as well. If you are losing hair, be sure to book a consultation, here! read more

Had the FUE procedure done for me Jan 2017..Had 1,440 grafts implanted on the front of head for about $7,000. Already a year pass I have had some hair regrow but not enough to justify the price..The staff though provides extremely good service and are ready to help in any way they can :) read more

National Hair Center is great...I didn't get this much attention to detail or excellent customer service support when I bought my car. Tammy made the process smooth and comfortable and the hair artists I worked with provided me with the results I wanted. Just today a receptionist I interacted with, was completely fooled and impressed by my results. I am a new customer but I see NHC and I becoming best friends! read more

National Hair Centers - Hair Loss Centers Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I have recently had the honor of being taken care of by the amazing staff at NHC. After two years of struggling with laser treatments, life stressors including death of my sister, loss of our home and divorce... Needless to say, no way to grow hair...so Sean suggested a hair system. I got it 9 days ago and it has been life changing for me! I feel amazing and gorgeous for the first time in my life. Skylar is a true artist and the whole team is simply wonderful! Thank you NHC! read more

Do NOT do business here. I paid a fortune for my hair system, they could not tell me how long it would last. After 4 months the hair started falling out!! I left a voice mail and an email for the owner and was told, "she doesn't deal with customers." Because I was financially locked into keeping the system I have to go in for service, and they did comp my next visit, but big deal. A mere drop in the bucket for what I paid for a system that lasted like a $50 wig. UPDATE - as you can see L ZImmer owner denies getting my emails and voice mails - even though they were sent to her personal addresses and she did have an employee call me for damage control. She also states that she wants desperately to "make things right." So, giving her the benefit of a doubt, I tried calling AGAIN, was told she would call me back that day.....no reply as of a a week later. Walk the talk.... read more

I recently purchased an offer for grafts through Groupon. As per the requirements I met with a representative (Dave) from National Hair Centers. During this meeting I was treated with disrespect in a very condescending manner. Which was surprising since Dave surely could have used the services of National Hair Centers for his "challenged hairdo". Following a time period consisting of hard sell to get me to pay for additional services at an over inflated price, I was told that unless I agreed to purchase more at a very steep price, that they would not honor my pre-purchased offering through Groupon. I refused. Upon review and in speaking with a representative of Groupon, I discovered that the practice of pressured sales, false advertising, and "bait and switch" was the norm as numerous complaints have been filed by individuals, I would have to state 'BUYER BEWARE" and to stay away very far away from National Hair Centers of Phoenix, AZ. read more

I had a surgical hair transplant performed by NHC in September, 2014 with over 3,200 grafts. My experience with everyone at the facility, from their sales consultant Dave, to the coordinator- technician Anna and the transplant surgeon Dr. Cole was top notch and professional from start to finish. When I performed my initial research of NHC I noticed that they were one of the only facilities that was A+ rated by the BBB. I had a previous hair transplant performed 10 years ago by a Beverly Hills, CA facility and they weren't even BBB recognized. NHC agreed to pay my air-flight from California along with one night hotel accommodations in Phoenix. Their facility was very well managed, clean and professional. Everyone made you feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Cole explained the procedure very well and designed the best transplantation for maximum result. Although the procedure for over 3,200 grafts went all day long into the early evening, they stayed focused and kept me calm and relaxed, with no discomfort from the surgical procedure. It has been almost 7-months from my initial hair transplant and a good portion of the newly transplanted hair grafts are growing in nicely. I highly recommend NHC to anyone looking for some hair self improvement. They were reasonably priced and well worth every penny! Thanks again! Paul from California read more

went for a FUT with Dr. cole, march 2014. as a plastic surgeon, he has a much bigger concern for hairline and overall appearance than many others would. it came out perfectly. It took 6-8 months to start growing in well but i now have a full head of hair where i was receding significantly, about 50% back. this probably wouldnt work for someone with severe baldness, but is great for someone with a little hair left. Not as expensive as some other places also read more

There aren't many service providers in my life that I'd give 5 Stars to but NHC deserves to be one of them. I've been a client for one year and could not be more pleased with the outcome. Tried several alternatives before finding the one that worked best for me. The result was life changing. A year ago I washed my hair each day, fiddling with time and product to try to get fine, thinning hair to look presentable. Now I simply run a brush through my beautiful hair and smile as I behold a mane much like the one I enjoyed 30 years ago. Thank you Sean. Thank you Skylar. NHC has made me one very happy 67 year old lady. read more

National Hair Centers is truly awesome. I have been a client for almost 6 years and they have always treated me like a family member. Added to that, the quality of the services they provide is always excellent. Thanks to NHC, I always feel like my hair looks terrific. I am so grateful for them! I highly recommend NHC to anyone who is seeking the services they provide! read more

I have waiting for over a year and a half since my FUE procedure at National Hair Centers in Phoenix to write this review, so I could give a realistic, time-tested idea of the results I received. I had my procedure done on approximately May 15th of 2016, and had 991 grafts completed with the extraordinary, brilliant, personable Dr. Josephitis (who goes by Dr. Joe). I can't say enough good things about how the results look, and how great a difference my 991 grafts made for me. This was my fourth cosmetic hair procedure, the first two were FUT procedures done in Beverly Hills, and the third was a FUT procedure done in Tulsa. All three of these procedures went very well, and so did my FUE procedure with National Hair Centers. In my opinion, National Hair Centers did just as great a job as the doctors that worked on me in Beverly Hills. Moreover, National Hair Centers gave me what I found to be a very good price. Gene was the gentleman who spoke to me there, educating me on FUE (as all of my prior procedures were FUT). One other wonderful garnish was that on the day that I had my procedure done, which was a Sunday, Gene was there to say hello and shake my hand. Gene really cared about me and made me feel I had a friend guiding me through the process. Gene is a very nice, caring gentleman. Just as great, Gene returned all of my calls quickly, was very kind, and everything that he mentioned to me, I found very accurate, in my opinion. For example, I called him around 12 months post procedure to ask him questions, and he mentioned my hair should all be growing (which it was) and he also mentioned it should be thickening up in the coming several months--which it greatly did over the coming months!!! I'm wonderfully amazed at what a difference 991 grafts made for me, as the top back of my head, the middle sides of my head were very noticeably thinning, so I had 891 grafts put there, and it filled those areas in wonderfully. 100 of the 991 grafts went up at the very front center hairline area and made a very nice, noticeable difference. Now when someone looks at me straight on (is facing me) I look like I have a very nice head of hair!!!! I still need to get some work on the very back crown, and if I do a fifth procedure, I will definitely, definitely, definitely be going with National Hair Centers in Phoenix again! One aside, I have already referred a friend to National Hair Centers in Phoenix, and my sibling was so impressed with my results, he will be going there if he needs to do another procedure. On my recent Thanksgiving vacation while visiting family, all of them commented at how great my hair looks....which made me very happy. One other note, Dr. Joe also answered all of my pre-procedure and post-procedure questions, taking several calls after my procedure, one of them I when he was not in the office--he really went out of his way for me! And on the day of the procedure, Dr. Joe took the time to go over strategy, his opinions on where the grafts would best be placed, his opinions on how much of a different they should make or not make if located in certain areas, and he then let me decide what I felt was best. Based on Dr. Joe's advice, I feel it allowed me to make the right decisions--and that his advice was right on! I can't say enough great things about Dr. Joe!!! Finally, the staff at National Hair Centers were all very nice to me, very caring, and made me feel comfortable on my day of the procedure. I can't say enough good things about everyone at National Hair Centers in Phoenix, from Gene, Dr. Joe, the staff....everyone. National Hair Centers has allowed me to be able to look in the mirror and see a nice head of hair. The results of their great work makes me smile every day :) read more

I would like to share my consumer experience - I have been a client of NHC for over 7 years. I have been loyal client and paying for my hair systems in advance (in full each year). Over the years I've had pretty good service, normal issues but NCH did try to fix the problems - however, this last year at renewal time, it was a completely different story. I paid in full my year's contract (December 2015-2016) to NHC -- as of March 2016, NCH had not delivered what was outlined in my contract (a quality hair system that met my expectations, they tried to give me two different hair systems that were not mine, fell apart, hair falling out, wrong color, wrong size, - they did try to make some attempt to fix the problem however the bottom line is that I paid almost $5000 to NHC for my hair systems and between December 2015-March 2016, I did not receive a hair system that I was contracted to receive. (They failed to meet the contract terms) -- I tried to work with NCH to get a refund for my contract however the owner of the company said "NO" they would not refund my money. I was told that I would have to take them to court - as the manager told me on the phone "We have nothing to lose, take us to court" - As a loyal customer who has paid NCH over $30,000 in the years I've been with NCH, their customer service and commitment to the consumer is less than acceptable. I would like to remind anyone who does business with NHC to be aware of their lack of concern and commitment to customer service (when things don't workout). They operate their business as if they are "doing you a favor" rather than a paying customer who is entitled to a quality product (they always blame the manufacture of the hair). I would not recommend NHC to anyone due to their poor customer service and lack of quality products and overall lack of integrity to the consumer. read more
