Big shoutout to Tony at National Carpet Cleaning! We've been using National Carpet Cleaning for quite some time and have always been happy with the service. Recently, the original owner retired and passed the business on to Tony. At first, we were a little hesitant because the previous owner always did a great job and had set the bar pretty high. He assured us that Tony would continue providing the same great service, and he was absolutely right. We've now used Tony a few times, and he has done an excellent job every time at a very reasonable price. We also keep our expectations realistic -- our carpets have been through years of family, life, and plenty of foot traffic, so we don't expect them to come out looking like brand-new showroom carpets overnight. That being said, Tony always gets them looking cleaner, fresher, and well cared for. He's dependable, professional, and takes pride in his work. We're happy to continue using National Carpet Cleaning and would definitely recommend Tony to anyone looking for great service at a fair price. Tony - National Carpet Cleaning 310-808-5444 read more

Anthony and his team have been so helpful and such excellent customer service I actually asked him if I could have his review link because I felt inspired to share. He does an amazing job with his work and also has pointed out things related to our child such as pointing out that our vents could require cleaning even though at the time this was not something he even did. His work is always done with care and its safe to say hes our guy for all carpet and upholstery projects ongoing. read more

My rug hasn't been cleaned in years. Get yo mind outta the gutter - I'm talking about the carpet in my condo. The first carpet cleaning guys I called didn't show up because their truck broke down after they were already late. So I went on Yelp and found someone else with a string of 5-star reviews, well-deserved. Robert arrived right on time. He has an amazing machine that sucks a ton of moisture out of the carpet, so that it dries super fast. And he's friendly & fun to work with. Price? Extremely competitive, less than I expected. If you must have a rug, there's nothin' like a clean rug. Thanks, Robert, for a job well done! read more

National Carpet Cleaning - state-of-the-art equipment - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Robert did an A+ job on my carpet and rug! There were many spots that my dog had left behind and after Robert's work the carpet and rug looked good as new. I highly recommend his work, communication, and being on time for his appointments. And as others have stated, he is quick with his work with an excellent finish. - Albert read more

After getting the run around from one of the Chem-Dry franchises, I decided to find a new carpet cleaner. National and Robert got very high reviews so I tried them. Robert is very professional on the phone and in person, and we agreed upon the price before he started any work. He showed up on time with no monkey business. Very thorough with attention to detail - he know his stuff. Highly recommend Robert. I will definitely use National Carpet Cleaning the next time around. read more

National Carpet Cleaning - Can't believe it got this clean! We had black spots and pet accidents!!! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

A few years ago I hired National Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpet in a larger house and Robert's team did a great job. There was no need to replace the carpet as originally planned! When I needed a bedroom's carpet cleaned this past weekend at a different home, I knew who to call. Robert was able to come over on very short notice and did an excellent job. There was dirt, animal stains, and colored wax on the carpet but it all came out! Robert took his time and was very thorough. I was so impressed and couldn't believe the difference! read more

Robert was fantastic! He was right on time and got in an out of a 4bdrm + hallway and stairs in under and hour and a half. The carpets looked great afterward, and all the stains have not resurfaced. Friendly, Speedy, Fantastic Service! Thanks again Robert for such a wonderful experience. read more

Had a quick upholstery job on two old chairs that needed to be done before I moved from Redondo and Robert came thru with a very well priced quote and was able to complete the work quickly, very well done, and at a great price. read more

Robert & his co-worker just left my house. They did more than an excellent job. I had paint all over the carpet from some stupid guys. And national carpet cleaning got it all out!!! (Well, as much as they could. Some of the cracks were just to heavy with paint to get out). They went beyond my expectations. Very friendly. Moved my furniture with care. They were awesome. I couldn't ask for a better job then what they did. I hope more people read this & hire them to do there carpets. They deserve all great reviews! Thanks guys!!! read more

Ehhh, hired these guys for a area rug and sofa and didn't watch them. After they left I realized they didn't even move the sofa off the rug and just cleaned around it. When moved the sofa the rug was completely dirty underneath. They're also pretty quick to get paid and leave so if you're looking for a warm friendly and really good overall experience - I'd keep looking. This is just my experience... read more

Robert cleaned our couch, living room carpet, and stairs. Our living room receives a ton of traffic, especially with twins running in and out all the time! We were very happy with the carpet and stairs, but our couch...looks brand new after he cleaned it! My husband could not get over how amazing it looked. We've literally had it for over 10 years, and it now looks new again. Amazing job! Personal and friendly! Will definitely use National Carpet Cleaning again! read more

Just a little comment regarding Robert, George, and National Carpet- They cleaned the carpet to my satisfaction. However, during the course of cleaning, George, Robert's helper, nicked one of the door frames with a cleaning nozzle. The gash in the frame is rather large, and very noticeable. I called Robert about the mishap expecting him to offer restitution ,or repair the blemish. Instead, what I got was adamant denial of responsibility, and refusal to fix the door frame. I am very disappointed with Robert's attitude, and his failure to make good on the carelessness of his employee. Buyer beware!! read more

Robert is an amazing, personable and funny guy! We have a small 2 bedroom apartment and he was in and out of there in less than an hour. That might sound short, but hot dang it, my carpet is spotless! He told us in advance that the spots wouldn't come out, despite that, for the most part they did! Definitely that man to call for a carpet clean!! read more

I usually stick to yelp for restaurant reviews but this guy is worth the extra effort. Robert is a miracle worker. After being quoted upwards to $1200 from other BS companies, he gave us an overly reasonable price and did an absolutely fantastic job. He came in to clean 2 office area rugs (one of which I spilled jamba juice all over a year ago) and the execs are thrilled to have what looks like brand new carpeting! He'll be coming back to clean the rest of our offices soon and hopefully my apartment too! read more

We have used National Carpet Cleaning many times in the past couple years. Robert is very reasonable and does a great job every time. Keep up the good work!! read more

This review is long overdue. National Carpet was highly recommend by a colleague, and I'd like to pass on the favor. This service did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet, including the stairs, a sofa, and a huge area rug. They finished the job within the time frame they estimated and the cost was incredibly reasonable. read more

I've used National again, and they're great! Easy to schedule with, fast, professional, friendly, and they do a great job!

Robert was great. Showed up a few minutes early, did a quick and thorough job for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

I called a number of carpet cleaners I found on Yelp and all but one of them either didn't call me back or waited a few days to return my call. The one that did said he couldn't work out of my apartment because his hoses weren't long enough. I asked a buddy of mine and he recommended Robert at National. Robert answered my call on the first try and was super friendly and professional. He arrived right on time and did a thorough, efficient and excellent job. I hadn't had the (white) carpets cleaned in six years and they look almost like new! Also, he only charged me at the low end of his phone estimate! I would definitely recommend Robert to anyone looking for a great, affordable carpet cleaner. read more

There is good and bad. The good is that he and his guy did a very nice job on my couch and dinning chairs. The bad is that the carpet and stairs had some dirt and spots left. My landlord was not happy with the job especially on the stairs and requested that Robert come back to chat with us about a solution but he responded very slowly and then did not coordinate to visit us after he said he would. Nothing is perfect but I do expect good customer service when I have questions and concerns. I own a business as well and customer service is key. I waited 1 week to post this so this is not an impulsive angry post. Just disappointed. Robert is a nice guy. And if you need your couch or chairs cleaned, I can definitely confirm he is the guy. So not all bad. read more

We've used Robert a few times now and he hasn't disappointed. He's quick, friendly, honest and gave us some great advice and reasonably priced. Our carpets look great and we can tell that they are clean. Will definitely use him again since he was also recommended by a family member!!! read more

I have used National Carpet Cleaning for about three years now and I couldn't be more satisfied. He is reliable, fair and prompt. In addition, he has always steamed cleaned our carpets and furniture - I have two small boys and there has never been any smelly chemicals around. I would highly recommend them! read more

Robert is the man. Honest guy and hard worker. Fair prices and great service. I would recommend Robert to anyone.

Robert came to clean my carpets and I had almost given up on getting the stains out. I have 2 cats and am always cleaning up after them. The stairs were also really dirty. I have had another carpet cleaning company come and the stains always came back after about a week. Not only did my carpet come out spotless but the stains have not resurfaced anywhere! I am amazed at the job he did and the service was professional, quick, and courteous. I would recommend National Carpet Cleaning to everyone. His prices were competitive but the service surpassed anyone else. read more

Very professional. I had a sofa and white armchair cleaned. I was quoted a price by phone, they came the next day and did a great job. I've already referred them to others. If you have kids or pets, save their number. Couldn't be happier. read more

Before they came, our stairs looked normal. After they left, 8 of them had discoloration. His customer service included very little service and the use of intimidation when we challenged the quality of the work. As a woman, I would not feel good not saying something since he refused to leave the house, after being asked several times to step out and give us a moment. We requested a few minutes so we could research his claim that they did not discolor the stairs, they merely revealed the discoloration below. We had never seen them discolored or having had the kinds of fluids he claimed would have caused the discoloration. I would NOT use this company. There are so many, just choose another that has better customer service and more respect. read more

We had a couple of pet accidents and Robert was able to come over right away and take care of the carpet and the rest of the house as well. While there were over, I had them steam clean our cloth recliners and what a big difference. Good guys, reasonable prices and they are quick as well. Give him a call. read more

Recently used National to clean my carpets before putting the house on the market. With a crazy pug and rambunctious toddler, my carpets were look pretty stanky. They were very reasonably priced and did a great job - the carpets basically looked brand new, even though it was my first time having them cleaned in 4 years (sans the occasional vacuuming). I only wish I had my carpets cleaned sooner! Will definitely use them again in the future for my new place. read more

I have tried several different carpet cleaning companies in the past. National is by far the best! I have used them over the last several years and could not be more satisfied. I have small children ane pets and everytime they are cleaned they look brand new! They are responsive, reliable and trust worthy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. My carpets looked so bad I actually thought I was going to have to replace the carpet....until National came! Thank you National you saved me $$$$$! read more

On time, friendly service, and a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. Highly recommended !!

Woke up this morning and after seeing my dog vomit yet again on my carpet decided we needed our area rug to be cleaned asap. So I hop on yelp and after calling a few places I come upon National Carpet and call. Robert answers and tells me he can come by within the hour and I was pleasantly surprised by him and how well the carpet was cleaned. He did a great job using green cleaning which was a big concern since I have a pet and two small kids. And he was very reasonably priced! Highly recommend him. Thanks Robert..I will definitely be calling you again. read more

Robert is great. Fairly priced and up front about what area rugs would be good candidates for cleaning. No hesitation recommending him!
