And we did it then, this doctor with this dog shirt on came and got us kind of in a screamish voice, then something was not working and she had to make it longer. Then I was supposted to get my doctor but I got a different on. She was nice but not the normal, and my doctor was working so I don't know why I could not get her. Here's the lowdown: this place houses a plethora of laboratories and diagnostic services. It has a large parking lot and is located on a main thoroughfare=convenient. There's a small cafe in the downstairs which is handy if you need coffee or a snack. The profiled water cooler, and nice accessible public restroom are lovely touches. My favorite part was the nice lady of the information counter who gave me directions to all of the above and told me where I was going, "adult services" upstairs. Not to be confused with " adolescent services" which is across the hall. I took an appointment here despite its distance from my home in dorchester because they had an appointment a month sooner than the more local boston branch of beth israel . Despite estimating over an hour for traveling 20 miles in rush hour, i still found that I was late. When i called to tell them that i was on my way but would be late, not only what is the phone answered by a real person on the second ring but she was quite nice to me about the fact that i was going to be late. I was seen as soon as i arrived. Throughout the procedure, which if you've ever had you know is quite uncomfortable ( this involves needles and electricity), i was treated in a professional, courteous, respectful and patient manner. Dr Raynor and her assistant both took time to explain what they were going to do before they did anything and verbalized just the right amount of reassurance and information. When somebody is stabling a needle into you and then transmitting electric current route to see whether your muscles work, it's very nice of them to tell you before they do it and when they're done. I will also add that the place was staffed by fashionable women with great hair. If it was closer to home i would have asked for a hairdresser recommendation but lexington is too far for me to go to get my hair cut.

I recall the first time she worked on me, I literally cried with relief. She has an amazingly intuitive touch, coupled with ongoing learning. She tries new ways of achieving her client's needs. I see her almost every other week, and post-surgery, I saw her every week for awhile. I recently upgraded to 90-minute appointments and boy do I feel like a princess. I am grateful I get to see Marga regularly and could not recommend her more highly to others. Her scheduling is straightforward and I love the monthly subscription option.
