Being first -time home buyers in an unpredictable housing market and economy, we begin our home buying process trying not to get our hopes too high. All of our friends who purchased homes recently warned us that the process can be grueling, long, and discouraging. However, from day one, Neil went above and beyond to make sure we felt informed, supported, and excited about finding the perfect home. He really knows the Eagle Rock market (and the Los Angeles market in general) and helped us navigate everything with confidence and ease. Neil was incredibly knowledgeable, always available to answer all of our questions, and genuinely cared about helping us make the best decision. Furthermore, it is obvious that he takes pride in his work, and the level of professionalism and efforts he makes going above and beyond sets him apart from many other realtors. He made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free -- something I didn't think was possible when buying a home. Thanks to his expert guidance and sharp negotiation skills, we ended up in our dream home we absolutely love in Eagle Rock. We are so grateful for the experience and can't recommend Neil enough.

It was by chance that Alma was in the KW office when I called to inquire about selling my loft but as I look back at the entirety of my home selling experience, I know that it was providential. To start, I'll say that my condo was in nice shape, but it wasn't in the best area of Downtown and there were some other factors that had the potential to hamper a sale. Additionally, we had to contend with a buyer backing out of escrow and the discovery of HOA litigation more than halfway through the sale process. Alma skillfully helped me to navigate multiple offers, find the right buyer and didn't bat an eyelash as she found a lender who could work around the litigation issue. Oh, I forgot to mention that I was selling my place because I had recently gotten married which also resulted in me gaining a teenage daughter AND we had a baby on the way! We had to move the family to a two bedroom apartment during the sale and I appreciated that Alma really understood the fact that I was paying a mortgage and rent and as such, shared my sense of urgency in selling my place quickly. Throughout the process, Alma gave me updates at major milestones and sometimes even minor details that she knew I'd like to hear about. She was accessible and responsive at all hours via phone, text and email. She also used the latest technology to electronically sign and send documents which allowed me to never miss a beat, even while traveling out of the country. If it wasn't for Alma Lam, my place would probably still be on the market and I'd be in the poor house! I can't say enough about Alma's professionalism, integrity, service and tenacity, so I'll stop right here. THANK YOU ALMA LAM for making my home sale a HUGE SUCCESS!!!
