This was my first ever professional interior cleaning and looked up and reached out to Luciano with L B F. He was super professional, respectful, showed me his work and I was impressed. He quoted me a fair price and he was even able to clean it overnight the same day and have it delivered to my door the next morning ! You can't ask for more than that. The car was squeaky clean and, carpets were shampooed, seats restored to plush leather and needing the TLC it deserved. He even took out white scratch's on the exterior with no harm to the paint or gloss and I never even asked. I would highly recommend checking him out. My first experience was great thanks to LBF and honestly will be returning back. There's always that hesitancy at first , but quickly developed and sensed the trust and hard working family man. My truck has not been waxed since about 2007, and I figured since it has low miles I better try and take care of it a little better. I work close to the Webster location, and actually found this place on Google Maps one day when I was on there getting directions. It was all the rave reviews that prompted me to call and make an appointment. I actually drove over so the owner could take a look at my truck and suggest the level of detail that would best suit the vehicles needs. Then we booked an appointment for the following day. I dropped my truck off at 8 am and figured I'd just walk to work from there, but one of the employees insisted on giving me a ride. By this point I'm already experiencing the over the top customer service. The owner called me around 4:15 that afternoon to tell me my vehicle was ready. I showed up right around 5 pm and when I walked in the shop, I was stunned at how great my vehicle looked. Keep in mind that this truck is 8 years old and it's my every day driver so of course it had the usual scratches and scuffs from openiing doors, tree sap from camping in the Adirondacks, the original carpet floor matts that were once grey but turned brown over the years. All this stuff looked new. My back seat looks like it's never been used at all. My floor matts are the same bright grey color as they were when the truck was new. They were able to rub out all the scratches. My door jambs are spotless. The wheel wells all the way around the wheels were cleaned and looked new. The glove compartment, console, cup holders and other little niches where coins get tossed were as clean or cleaner than when the truck was new. Behind the door to the gas cap looks like a new vehicle. I could go on and on. Professional details are not cheap by any strech of the imagination, so when choosing a place to do this work for me I got what I wanted with Flower City. Adults who detail cars for a living and take pride in their work. These guys are pro's. My wifes car will be next.

The actual work took the entire day, but that is by no means a bad thing. My car is over ten years old and has over 120,000 miles on it, but it came out of Superior looking as close to brand new as possible! Absolutely worth the wait. Best of all was the price. For the amount of work they do and the quality of that work, I would have expected to pay more than twice what they charged (and it would have been worth it!). But for less than $250 my Charger got the most amazing detailing job possible! If your car needs detailing, run to Superior before they start charging what they should!
