We had my car dropped off last Sunday so they could give it a full look over and fix anything that needed attention. My husband had already done some work on it himself, but there were still a few things we wanted a professional to handle, so we had it towed over to them. They originally said it might take around two weeks, but they got everything done in just over a week, which we really appreciated. Everyone there is always friendly, honest, reliable, and easy to talk to. They keep you updated, do great work, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. This is the second time I've trusted them with my vehicle, and I've honestly had such a great experience both times. As long as we're living here, they'll definitely be the shop we keep going back to. We really appreciate all the hard work they put in and everything they did for us. Thank you guys again for everything you do!

I recently bought a pre-owned Hyundai Palisade there and felt I was given a fair price on the purchase as well as my trade in. All the staff we have interacted with are friendly and knowledgeable. We worked with sales person Brian Howell. He was friendly, honest, sincere and committed to us being happy with our purchase. The lifetime power train warranty they provide on their vehicles provides peace of mind and was a large influence on why we chose to purchase a vehicle from Jones. We have had only good experiences at Jones and will continue to use them for service and any future vehicle purchase.

Wish he never worked on my truck. I had a 1994 F350 with a 7.3 IDI motor. I was quoted a price of…read more$750. This was to remove a motor from another truck, pull the motor out of the good truck and install the other motor. I gave him plenty of time and warned him of the issues when pulling a 7.3 motor. He seemed to think he could do it better. I was able to find a motor, so he just had to do a swap, it still cost $750, he pointed out that he had to do what I said to swap the motor. I understand and am willing to pay for good work. Well, I pick up the truck and drove it home. It is an hour. Within 30 minutes the transmission stopped shifting properly. We towed it is rest of the way home. After looking it over the heat shield was not reinstalled, it protects the control wires from the heat of the exhaust pipe. So the wires were burnt. After repairing the wires the transmission still doesn't shift right. I will need to sort it out, probably fried the control boar in the tranny. The exhaust was not even connected to the truck properly. This is a custom F350 and is going to be re-conditioned. So it is now in storage. I wish I never had him work on it.
