Needless to say, since we didn't come here knowing that it was like that, we were pretty surprised when someone walked out to help us. The person was very nice. He was a younger guy, probably in high school and out of school for the summer. He chatted with us while filling up our car. He did a good job of being quick but not making us feel unwelcome. If I remember correctly, it wasn't even that much more expensive than going somewhere normal and doing it yourself, which we were also surprised by.

I know super juvenile but this 57 year old thot it was so funny. Anyway contact Warren's when you are stranded. They did a great job for me, came quickly and saved the backseat of groceries. I recently bought a pre-owned Hyundai Palisade there and felt I was given a fair price on the purchase as well as my trade in. All the staff we have interacted with are friendly and knowledgeable. The lifetime power train warranty they provide on their vehicles provides peace of mind and was a large influence on why we chose to purchase a vehicle from Jones. We have had only good experiences at Jones and will continue to use them for service and any future vehicle purchase.
