I want to make clear that my goal is resolution, not conflict. I would be happy to update or remove this review if these concerns are meaningfully addressed, including acknowledgment of my disability-related accommodation needs and restoration of reasonable access to the laundry room and communication channels.
My current experience has involved serious concerns regarding privacy, housing conditions, management conduct, and disability-related accommodations. I am experiencing what I believe to be a lack of reasonable privacy, including intrusive cameras, photographs being taken of my windows, concerns about management looking into my windows, and management spending extended periods sitting in a vehicle in the driveway. These actions have felt intrusive and intimidating.
I am also currently experiencing concerns regarding inconsistent enforcement of policies that were not disclosed in the lease, facility access issues, and communication barriers. Despite requesting disability-related accommodations, I have not experienced meaningful engagement in finding reasonable solutions. Instead, I have received proposed terms that include punitive provisions and an agreement to vacate. My ability to communicate through email and text has been restricted, while management continues contacting us through text.
At one point, this property involved serious habitability concerns, including mold and lead concerns, and an eviction attempt occurring during two health remediation orders, after waiting roughly 8 months in good faith for the problem to be taken care of, as we were promised.
My experience has also included concerns about restrictions placed on my support network. Two individuals who accompanied me to court as support persons were later banned from the property. This added to my concerns about intimidation, retaliation, and my ability to seek support while addressing ongoing housing issues.
I have extensive documentation from my medical care team regarding the impact these conditions and events have had on my health, much of which has been provided to management. Despite receiving this documentation, I have not seen meaningful action or resolution regarding these concerns; instead, I have experienced continued worsening conditions, including communication barriers and a loss of access to shared facilities such as the laundry room.
Overall, I believe the pattern of conduct reflects poor management practices, retaliation, and potential civil rights concerns. I remain willing to update this review if meaningful steps are taken to resolve these issues. read more
