I recently had some work done by Dr. Vilderman on my upper front teeth about four crowns. And they're all doing great at this time I wanted to expound on my experience Dr. Vilderman. She is a very talented dentist and I always Feel comfortable under her care. She's very gentle when administering numbing shots barely hurts.. my most recent two crowns the two front teeth were weak with some decay and needed crowns. When I finally had the permanent crowns delivered they looked fantastic and I thought at that time they were great, she thought maybe they were little too long but as I was Laying down on the dental chair I thought they looked good enough and that I should go home with not much adjustment. So I went home. During the two weeks I couldn't figure out what was wrong why the chewing was not right but eventually I Realized my two front teeth were a little too long and was getting in the way while I was eating and sleeping because I usually close my mouth when I sleep, but couldn't do so with the longer front teeth. I called her office made an appointment for an adjustment. Dr. Vilderman listened to me while I was telling her my experience and begin adjusting them. As she was working, she would stop and ask me how I felt and check the bite frequently until it was perfect. Dr Vilderman's office is very clean, bright and cheerful and With a great staff and they always treat me with respect.. and if I need more dental work,, I know where to go. Thank you, Dr. Vilderman for a great job. My crowns look very realistic much like my normal teeth were. I also appreciate that she introduced me to the water pic system, which I had never used before bought one and I love it. I wish I knew it 40 years ago. I would've saved many many trips to the dentist and saved a lot of money because I have a lot of crowns in my back teeth. It's easy to use, and it cleans out all the dirt and gunk between the teeth and everywhere else I recommend everyone get this while you are young to prevent damage to your teeth from food and debris, creeps up on you. I had met Dr. Nataly under terrible circumstances. I fell off my road bike and broke two of my front teeth. In addition to the fact that it was awful pain, I was so frustrated with my look. I talk to clients every day, and my appearance and smile are essential. So you can imagine, I was like in a nightmare. My dentist couldn't help me this day, so my friends recommended I call and talk to Dr. Nataly. First of all, Dr. Nataly and her assistant were able to find time in their schedule for my urgent appointment. Second, I was so impressed with the doctor's professionalism. Everything was perfect - how precisely she gives injections, how she seamlessly works with the instruments and explains what she is doing. I always had a hard time taking injections, and I experienced pain after every dental treatment. That time I didn't even take any medication after. There was no pain. I am so happy that I got to Dr. Nataly. I will stay with her, and I will definitely recommend her. She is very professional; she chooses the optimal treatment and procedures - the only one which you really need. Dr. Nataly is friendly, respectful, honest, and she cares - rare qualities these days. I went to many other dentists before but didn't get such a professional approach as I got from dr. Nataly. She was able to save my front tooth, while all the other dentists prompted me to take it out and put an implant or bridge. Dr. Nataly made a real miracle and I am extremely thankful to her. I visited this office after scoring an awesome Groupon for only $50! The service included full set of x-rays, dental exam and teeth cleaning. At first I was nervous that the dentist would be in a rush to get me in and get me out since I was there on a groupon, but my fears were unfounded. The staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant. My visit started off with x-rays and the dental hygienist was very gentle and kept checking in with me to make sure that I wasn't uncomfortable. The whole process went really fast! The x-rays showed up as digital copies instantly. My dentist was Dr. Glazunov who came in and walked me through the x-rays. Explaining what each part of the tooth was made of and what he was looking for. They saw a problem area near my crown and took another x-ray on the spot to get a better view. My x-rays looked good so Dr. Glazunov began my dental exam. He was really nice and gentle and checked my mouth and throat for oral cancer (eww). He also told me things that I never knew, like, how certain white toothpastes can actually be bad for your teeth. The cleaning went really smoothly. He used an ultrasonic water pick to remove the calcium build up on my teeth and then polished them, which I usually hate, but it went pretty quickly. It only took me an hour to get all these things done and the whole experience was the most comfortable I have ever been at the dentist. I definitely recommend this place! read more

My review might be a bit prejudiced because I've known Natallia for over twenty years since she was a student. However, I TRULY HATE GETTING DENTAL WORK DONE, and dislike most dentists, having experienced numerous screw-ups and disappointments over 30 years. Natallia, on the other hand, is the only one, ever that had a golden touch with me: exact work on very bad teeth (I've neglected and ground down mine) and NO PAIN. When she did my full-mouth rebuild in 2010, which took over three months of visits, most of the appointments I was able to sleep through while wearing full-ear SONY headphones plugged into an iPod as the tools were grinding away. The final result far exceeded my expectations, came in under budget and the levels of occasional and unavoidable pain were far lower than expected. Followup tune-ups were scheduled to match my needs by George, who personally called many times to check on me. Every single member of the staff treated me like a king. A year later, I love my new teeth, and had I known what a master Natallia has become, I would have done this project years earlier. DO NOT HESITATE - GIVE YOURSELF A GREAT SMILE. As for people who had negative experiences, here's a hint - this is a primarily "European culture" office, where everyone is warm, sincere and authentic: they will not hesitate to reflect back the attitude of those who are being jerks and they will not put on a fake smile to get your business. I wish more outfits operated like this, instead of the fake positive uniformity underneath which nobody actually gives a damn about the quality of service and you personally as a client. These guys really care about patients who respect them - way to go Natallia - hope you can find more great doctors like yourself and grow the practice. By the way, the dental surgeon they use, Simon, across the hallway, is also amazing + fun (he talks you through the whole operation like a TV professor with lots of great jokes) and the two offices cross-coordinated schedules to meet my needs. read more

All in all, I have to say this appointment was very disappointing. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was told in a condescending manner that I had arrived early by the receptionist (as if I wasn't aware of this and that my presence was a major inconvenience). In addition, 10 minutes into my cleaning another client arrived for an appointment. My hygienist got up to help him because nobody was at the desk (I'm guessing the desk staff went to lunch). It appeared that there was a mix-up with his appointment . . . but nobody else was able to help him figure out next steps. So . . . . I was left at my chair for 10-20 minutes while the hygienist tried to help out. The hygienist was very nice but not very thorough with the cleaning. Following my cleaning I waiting for 15-20 minutes for the dentist to review my x-ray results and finish up my exam. At that point I got up and asked someone when the dentist would be available to see me. I was told it would be 10 minutes but possibly longer. I then asked if the dentist could review the xrays and call me to discuss them. The hygienist made a note of the request and said it wouldn't be a problem. It's now 10 days and one email later and I still have not been contacted. I've been seeing a dentist yearly for as long as I can remember and haven't had a disappointing experience . . . ever. Not sure if this is how things normally run in their office but I would not return to this establishment or recommend it to anyone i know. read more

"Dr. Nataly Vilderman: Truly Masterful work of Dental artistry!" Her professionalism and delicate nurturing nature helped to ease all of my anxieties of getting dental work ... I'm not saying I'm a big baby ... but hey ... when it comes to a dental chair ... can you blame me for sweating a bit ... so what if it was out of my eyeballs??? hahaha ... Just kiddin .... I went to see her because she was highly recommended by some friends who have gotten dental work done in her office. I needed to get some mercury fillings removed and wanted to have them replaced with white composites. She took her time to explain everything to me before the procedure - which was a great relief for me and my nerves ... I guess she could tell I was a bit anxious and nervous ... but who wouldn't ... having a drill in your mouth to chisel out metals from teeth fillings! There was hardly any pain ... except for the few shots to numb my lower jaw ... she had to give me extra shots to get the area numb ... I guess I'm special (haha) ... She was very careful to make sure that it was numb ... took some time but the anesthesia finally managed to do its job ... Dr. Vilderman told me to let her know if I felt any pain during the procedure - she would immediately give me more anesthesia ... well - it wasn't necessary ... before I knew it ... she was done! No pain at all during the ordeal ... YeahYuh! The end result was nothing less then spectacular ... My teeth look absolutely perfect! No kidding! It was as if she had magic hands and molded each tooth to look as if they were naturally and perfectly designed. No pain afterward either ... NADA / NONE .... no need for painkiller ... She's a magician / a miracle worker ... !!!!! Ok ok ok ... she's not the messiah ... but she's one heck of a dentist! truly da Bomb! Ok enough about Dr. Vilderman ... Her office is located in the Stonestown mall which has plenty of parking ... and easy to catch the bus or muni ... The staff was super nice and über friendly ... full of smiles and had an inviting environment! Everyone was professional and made my visit comfy comfortable ... big ups! I especially loved it when I saw one of the patients waiting on her appointment ... she was probably in her late 70s or early 80s ... but she had to have had the BEST teeth I have ever seen on a senior citizen (sorry grandma ... yours don't count since they're fake!) Hey ... if that senior woman with the perfect smile was there to see Dr. Vilderman ... then I really can't go wrong! It was perfect a commercial and I was sold instantly. The entire experience was awesome ... my teeth are very very very happy ... and mouth can't stop smiling ... cuz they're soooooooo so purdy now!!! ;-) Thank you Dr. Vilderman! read more

I finally cashed in my Groupon for x-rays and a cleaning. I have to say that it was the most thorough exam I have ever had. First of all, everyone was very nice and professional. The dentist took not only x-rays, but photos as well. She got super close up photos of each tooth and explained the areas where she was concerned. She mentioned that I grind my teeth and I assumed she was going to hard sell me on an expensive mouth guard. She actually said, try one from the store and see if you like it. I mentioned that I had one that a previous dentist had made, but that it contained some rough edges. She told me that I could sand those myself. She checked my cheeks, lips, tongue, gums, lymph nodes and explained everything she was doing. The hygienist was amazing. Thorough, professional and entertained me by talking the whole time. She was really knowledgeable and seemed to really care about her job and my teeth. The place was a little hard to find the first time. It is located behind Stonestown Galleria. The best way to find it is to Google Pet Food Express. It is across the street. The view from the exam room was of trees, ocean and sky. Nice. I will definitely go back. I will change my stars to 5 once I have returned. read more

Worst dentist ever. She removed a filling from my two front teeth that i received when I was in high school and did not know what my dentist was doing. I came in for a teeth whitening, and she asked me what it was behind my two front teeth and because I did not know what it was, she removed it. She drilled it out. I can still remember her tools breaking the white filling. The two front teeth are now black in between because the cavity that was prevented by my high school dentist was now exposed by dr. Vildermans lack of expertise in the field. She should have just left my two front teeth alone and let me just do the whitening. I regret every day that I walked into her office. George her family member supports this dr. Jeckyll by refusing service and denying she removed my filling. Very cult family! read more

Amazing dentist! If I could give her 10 stars, I would! I found Nataly through a friend of mine: I was admiring my friend's celebrity-like smile thinking jealously that some people are blessed with such beautiful natural teeth. Turned out that my friend used to have absolutely horrible ugly teeth and never showed them when smiled (I checked on FB). Nataly was the person who created that amazingly beautiful smile! So far, I have had two crowns done by Nataly. My experience was outstanding! I will go to her for as long as I am in SF. She knows her stuff really well (I have been to many dentists in my life, unfortunately, so I can definitely tell). She really cares about how you feel, about the results and the quality. It's hard to find a dentist that one can be really confirmable with and completely trust him/her. I have been in Bay Area for 12 years and during this time I have changed dentist for several times. To be honest I do not require a lot of work on my teeth but do need regular check up, cleaning, change of feeling... etc. Nataly Vilderman was refereed to me by her current patient and to be frank I have been completely satisfied with her services, she takes pride in her work and is absolute perfectionist. The bad reviews are right on point for this Dental office. The good reviews might have been written by the office. I only went on Yelp to get the phone number to cancel my appointment. The Dentist is nice enough- but the rest of that crew ??? seriously The fake Juicy track suit wearing vata - WOW. You would have thought- with her lack of professionalism- you had just landed in the County ran Denti-Cal Clinic. Last year, while searching for a new dentist, I contacted 1-800-dentist as I am new to San Francisco. Dr Vilderman seemed to be a good fit. I am a designer at Ah Sam Florist so I know about customer service. Everyone in the office has been extremely helpful, explaining every procedure before agreeing on a plan to complete the work needed. I have had several procedures completed with out pain or discomfort and never felt pushed into having something done because I have good insurance. I went here on a Groupon since I have no insurance, and I was kind of expecting them to be a little less helpful because I was sort of taking the cheap way out. Instead, everyone here was incredibly nice and the exam and cleaning were extremely thorough and well-done. Dr Vilderman is the best dentist I have seen in my life. My whole family have been going to her for years, even before she had this practice, while she was in another location. Not bad, just a little shady. I went to her a few years back for about 18 months. First time because I needed a new dentist in sf and I lived fairly close to their office. All went well, but I needed 2 fillings. Made the appointment, got the fillings. I noticed they weren't the color of my previous fillings, but didn't think anything of it. A few weeks later, I received a bill from them stating my insurance would not cover the pretty "natural color" fillings they used. I should have been asked if I wanted an upgrade and informed that I would have to pay out of pocket. I wrote them an email clearly stating that I would not be paying for it. 6 months later, another cleaning. All good. 6 months later, another cleaning. This time I need "deep cleaning" or some odd procedure that would clean my teeth really good. Having used the same routine for brushing for 25 years, it seemed to me like this would have arisen earlier. I was skeptical so I cancelled my next appointment and went for a second opinion. Long story short, I've never been back. I don't know if they needed more revenue, but unnecessary procedures on my mouth will not be the source of it. They continue to call me to set my next appointment. Sorry guys, I've moved on. read more

On top of very nice and cheerful personality Dr. Vilderman is a top class dentist. Very thorough and meticulous, she would spent as much time with the patient as necessary, to ensure superb dental work. Two years ego she installed 7 (seven!) implants for me: from tooth extraction to crown installation. Now I can not tell which tooth is mine, and which is an implant. I am not just pleased with her work - I am totally happy with it. Dr. Vilderman takes care of all of my family, and all them are happy with her work.
