We have been coming here for almost 6 years now. My 1 year old and 5 year old love coming to see Natalie and her staff. We have never had any issues with staff or Natalie herself. They have always been friendly and always compliment how well behaved my girls are. My girls enjoy the books and bean bags chairs, to the fish tank and movie going on in the waiting room. They enjoy wearing the cute sunglasses and watching movie while they get their teeth cleaned or worked on. They also love getting stickers after there cleaning. They never get upset about having to go to the dentist. We enjoy going to both Lenser sisters and it's so convenient to have them next door to each other. read more

Dr. Lenser is very kind and gentle with my kids. After my insurance changed, I was sad to leave, but as soon as I was able to change insurance companies, we came back! She is careful to not overbook appointments so that she can see the children as close to as soon as we arrive. Kids get very scared with any kind of dental procedure. She is very mindful of my kids' special needs. I have one on the spectrum and one who is extremely scared of any kind of pain. Today, we had to get teeth pulled, and my daughter had no idea that she even received a numbing shot! Dr. Lenser gets right down to the kids' understanding and calms them down. My children go home and make sure to brush every day because they want to please Dr. Lenser! She's amazing. I took my son to Dr. Lenser many years ago when he was young. He is now 21 years old. After one visit, I found another dentist - Dr. Lenser and her staff were incredibly rude. Even though it's been many years, I've never forgotten how awful the experience was. read more

My son, 4.5 years old walked in the back room with the assistant like a champ to get a cavity filled. I have no idea what they did, but he didn't cry, wasn't afraid and is looking forward to going back! Now I know he had to have had a local (shot) but however Dr. Lenser did it, she is great! Hell, I want to go to her now as I am terrified of dental work! Now for you parents out there that want to hold your childs hand through the whole process... Don't! Dr was horrible. Offended my husband and I, upset us all, and made my daughters cry and feel as if they did something wrong. Completely unacceptable behavior, especially with young children involved. She was extremely aggressive in her approach and demeanor. We will definitely not be going back, and please beware!!!! Do not recommend!!! read more

I love this dentist. I took my toddlers to their first ever dentist appointment and was extremely nervous about it. Having 2 toddlers there at the same time was going to be challenging for me as a mom, and one of my littles hates anything and everything about brushing her teeth or even letting me see her teeth. First, the office was decorated in animals and was instantly calming to my toddlers. No one was upset if or when my kiddos tried to wander away. Neither of my toddlers were thrilled with the idea of getting checked but they had easy solutions and suggestions that made the teeth check up quick and easy. Additionally, the staff easily kept my children entertained while I was assisting the dentist with the other. I've seen other reviews stating that this dentist has no bedside manner and I did NOT experience this at all. She was honest and direct but not rude, mean, or inappropriate. I love that she was honest and she taught me how to get my little to allow me to brush and look at her teeth more. It worked starting on the first try. I'm so happy we found her! read more

We've always had a very positive experience with Dr Lenser and her office. Everyone has always been kind and patient with us and our son. He loves going there and often even gets to choose a movie or show to watch and has never had any pain or negative experience. We have been going here since our son was just over a year old and had his first teeth come out. When he was younger, I would go into the treatment area with him. Now that he is a little older (7 yrs old), I don't mind waiting in the lobby as I know that the hygienist and Dr Lenser will be gentle and come and get me if needed (they haven't needed to). I like discussing his results with Dr Lenser, she is direct, honest, and informative, which I appreciate. We moved a few years ago to a different city and it would honestly be easier for me to find a closer dentist for our son, but we like coming to this office and don't have any plans to leave soon. read more

My daughter fell mouth first on some monkey bars at the park. Dr. Lenser was on call that Saturday, answered my questions and instructed me what to do for my daughters mouth, she saw my daughter first thing Monday morning. Dr. Lenser has a wonderful bedside manner, she was sensitive to my daughter's needs and included me in my daughters plan of care to save her teeth. Her office is very professional, staff very good with children, and they help make brushing teeth a fun normal part of being a kid. read more

Great pediatric dentist! My son had his first visit recently and I was impressed by this wonderful dentist and her friendly, caring staff. The office is brand new, with all new equipment, digital xrays, the works! I wasn't sure my son (age 4) would cooperate or sit still for his visit but he did very well. I had him go back by himself with the hygienist for his exam, cleaning and x-rays which is what the office suggests. When it was all through(no tears, complete cooperation!) I was taken back to meet with Dr.Lenser and she went over the results with me. There is a flat screen TV positioned over each exam chair and the kids can pick out a pair of shades to wear to keep the bright exam light out of their eyes. If it's your child's first visit be sure to check out Dr.Lenser's website and print out the booklet for you and your child to read together. The book really helped prepare my son for his visit. read more

The worst practice ever. Do not take your children there! They are not honest at all! Staff are unprofessional and they are disrespectful of your time. I have been trying to reach out to Dr. Natalie Lenser for over a week about a bad experience that I had over the phone with one of her front office staff. First this persons threatened to send me to collections over a $35 bill that I had no idea about. I informed her that I couldn't pay it that day but I could next week. She told me that if I didn't pay it with her right then and there that she was going to send me to collections. She would also NOT give me her name. When I called the next week to pay the bill and book my son another appointment. After I paid my bill I was told by someone else that because that woman sent me to collections anyways that from now on they would not accept my insurance and I would have to pay all visits out of pocket and that I would have to bill my insurance company directly. (Which by the way most insurance companies do not allow). As you could tell I was NOT happy about that. At the time we really enjoyed Dr. Lenser and thought great of her. That all changed after I tried to contact her myself through phone and e-mail to explain the situation and inform her of her front office staff who treated me so horribly. After a week of attempts to contact her directly I received a voice mail from NOT DR. LENSER HERSELF, but yet ANOTHER front office staff passing a long a message to me from Dr. Lenser pretty much saying that there is nothing to do. I was blown away by how this doctor was hiding behind her staff. I now know exactly why your staff continues to treat your clients the way that they do. The fact that you could not return my e-mails or phone call directly yourself and that you had yet another one of your staff members follow up with me on behalf of yourself shows me a lot about your character. I will no longer be bringing my son in to see you and I will definitely be giving a lot of reviews about the way that you operate in your facility. I have been taking my son there since his first dental visit at around 2yrs old I think. He is 11 now and we have never had a bad experience. Dr Lenser has always been kind and up front with us and her staff has always been nice. My son has had a cavity filled and a tooth pulled as well as 6 month cleaning and we have always been happy with them. read more

Not recommended at all. Took my four year old son there few days ago after being diagnosed for 3 cavities. My dentist wasn't comfortable working on the little guy and referred us to this dr. When Dr. came in she was very brief and rough. She diagnosed 8 cavities with stainless steel crowns. The financial person presented me with three thousand dollar treatment plan without explaining in detail. I found lot of attitude in dr and the staff was inconsistent and rude. read more

Absolutely unequivocally NOT the place to go. They take the child away from the parent and the work is done without your supervision. They "do not ALLOW" the parents to sit in which, as a parent, is concerning. The work is subpar and had to be redone. read more

The hygenists are great and my kids love them but Dr. Lenser does not have good bed-side manners. As the mom, I felt belittled, degraded, judged etc. My child had her first cavity and Dr. Lenser was rude and condescending to me. I was crushed just by the fact my child had a cavity then felt even worse when I left the office after being scolded. Being new to town, my kids have had better dentists and we will be looking for a new dentist in town. read more

I went to Dr. Lenser for my twins' first dental appointment ever. They expected my twin girls (who had barely turned 3) to walk into a back room with complete strangers to do God knows what to them. They were really annoyed with me that I expected to go with them. I'm sorry, but I refuse to send my little children alone with people I myself haven't even met...In addition, Dr. Lenser spent maybe a total of 5 minutes with my kids, charged me for a bunch of stuff she knew my insurance didn't cover (preventative visits are covered at 100%by my insurance, and I still had a $50 bill). She charged my insurance 200 for each of my girls just for the office visit. Following our appt, Dr. Lenser told me that one of my daughters had 4 cavities, and needed multiple teeth filled. She also said that because my daughter wasn't super cooperative, that she'd have to be put under general anesthesia...a cost of $3k to me. I was beyond upset. I called my old family dentist (2 hours away) who recommended a different dentist (I drove 2 hours to see her). She found 2 cavities, one that was so small she said "I'd have to drill to make it big enough to even fill...let's just watch it and deal with it in 6 months..." She filled my daughter's tooth with me in the room in less than10 minutes...My daughter didn't need ANY sedation...they didn't even need to numb her tooth. The second dentist told me that as a rule, pediatric dentists don't seal baby teeth because it's a waste of money. I think that Dr. Lenser is just out there for your money. Find a different dentist...it's worth it! read more

My daughter was 2 years old when I took her to see Dr. Lenser. I thought the Dr. would show more patience and try to make her feel comfortable as it was a new experience for her and a little scary. But she was very curt with her and seemed frustrated when she cried. She also mentioned putting her under if she couldn't lay down long enough to scrape plaque off of her teeth. Honestly seemed like she just couldn't deal with the crying and this was her solution to keep her quiet. I took my daughter back a couple of times to give the Dr. the beneift of the doubt and had my husband take her so he could form his own opinion and tell me if I was being too hard on the Dr. Maybe she was having a bad day. But unfortunately we both have had the same experiences each time. She really doesn't have great bed side manner and doesn't seem to care about her patients.. I most definitely left this office and would tell anyone who asked not to take their children there. read more
