After numerous calls with my insurance company I realized they're just not detail oriented. Long story short, my new bill was $30. Part of a great doctor is not only little to no wait times, a caring and knowledgeable doctor but also a competent receptionist/billing team. Which these folks were clearly not. I was charged twice for my initial visit WITHOUT my knowledge or consent because the receptionist made a mistake and gave me the wrong time for my initial appointment. I did not know I'd been charged twice until looking at my credit card statement months later, and the doctor would not respond to any of my requests to have this fixed or speak to me. Essentially a scam to charge patient's twice. I know this was an underhanded tactic because I received an email notification the second time they charged my card (which I thought was the only time), but the first time (which they said they would not charge me for as it was a mistake on their end) I received no notification. The receptionist was rude and completely unhelpful. I've seen dozens of doctors across facilities and never been treated the way I was here, do yourself a favor and see a doctor with some compassion who treats patients like human beings, and is not a scam artist. This guy is a common thief.
