Terrible service. Spent 25k only to return my sxs after only 1 ride. They had it for a month. Never once reached out to me with a update. Didn't overnight my parts. Didn't get an apology for my time to deal with this. Spent $350 a day on a planned sxs trip due to not having my brand new sxs. Didn't offer me anything to make it right. I spent over an hour riding through summer heat to visit Nash Powersports to inquire about a job. I first called of course, to ensure it was OK, so it wasn't unannounced, I was assured it was a good idea by the sales dept. as service wasn't picking up their phone. When I get there the manager, Patrick, would not even see me. He was in ear shot of the kiosk guy I was talking to and refused to talk to me. The lack of common courtesy and leadership in this place became evident and I was glad it was crystal clear I would hate working under a manager that doesn't care about other people. read more

I had to pick up my ATV and use their ramp because I left mine at home. I asked a employee to help me back up due to to I couldn't see because my tailgate was down and I couldn't see my cameras. I asked him to yell at me to stop so I don't hit the ramp and he either got distracted or didn't say it loud enough and I damaged my tailgate. I spoke with Patrick (service Manager) and he was the most uncaring, un sympathetic, robotic rude person. He refused to acknowledged that I was venerable due to I couldn't see and needed help. Also the shop made sever mistakes and it was never resolved. I don't have faith in there repairs. read more

Addendum to my July 5, 2025 review (1 star). I bought my motorcycle 2 months ago to the day and still no registration/permanent plate received. I was told a month ago that the plate would be mailed to my home address. After another couple weeks, I called and was told that the plate was still at the dealership but that it would be mailed that day. I followed up again a few days later and was told that the plate still had not be mailed but would be placed in the outgoing mail on July 8 (at this point the temporary plate had expired). I went out-of-town on July 12 and was expecting to find the registration/plate in the mail when I returned home July 22. Big surprise...not in the mail! I spoke to the person who is responsible for mailing these items this morning and was told in an irritated voice that the plate had been mailed on July 8 and that, "at my earliest convenience," I could go to the DOL for a reissue. After paying the additional $29.50 for the reissue, the permanent plate is now on my motorcycle! This saga involved multiple phone calls and voicemails (even left a message in the manager's voicemail requesting a call-back). I never received any return phone calls, apologies for the inconvenience/hassle, or offers to remedy the situation or reimburse for the reissue. This whole experience was unprofessional and I have no trust in this dealership. Not only will I never buy another motorcycle from Nash nor recommend them to anyone, I would never trust that any service or repair was done well or even performed at all! With the weather getting warmer, I needed a new toy for zipping around the neighborhood on nice days. I popped into Nash because it's close to my house and they offer Kawasaki bikes, of which I've already owned five--I like 'em. The low-pressure experience was great. Simmy and the other sales staffers were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I decided on a neat little Z125, and the guys handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently and I rolled out of the parking lot, giggling like a kid. Went here to buy a used dirt bike, was listed at 6,630$ on their website, then negotiated a price with one of their salesman, he comes back with a final price sheet that is not the price we agreed on, but the full price plus a 600$ inspection fee that was nowhere listed anywhere on the bike or online, and when I asked what was inspected they couldn't give me an answer that anything was inspected, they just brought me a blank sheet on what they inspect on all bikes supposedly, but couldn't provide any details on what was wrong or right with this bike, I won't be giving Nash any of my business anymore seems pretty shady. read more

Feeling pretty excited I ride my bike 110 miles just to be told the bike I wanted was sold a week ago. I had an appointment, drove 110 miles for nothing. I shopped around and figured out that I wanted a certain Kawasaki dirt bike. At that point I was looking for the best price I could find. I tried to work with this place for about a month because it's close to my house but finally get tired of being jacked around and never did get them to commit to their best price until after I purchased one from Paulson's Motorcycles in Lacey. I got the motorcycle for $600 less than here but the biggest thing was the other dealer was direct, honest, listened to me and we made a deal over the phone in 15 minutes. I'd never recommend this place unless you aren't looking for a good deal and have endless patience to deal with their old, stale sales games. read more

Not the reputable business it used to be...They ran my credit even though they promised not to before they showed me the trade in bike value. I didn't sign anything on the credit app but they asked me for my SS# and date of birth because they said they needed to get the payoff. They had given me a written value of between 15-17k and then came out with 14k after they ran my credit without permission and tried to low ball me. I've bought many bikes here over the last 2 decades but the new ownership has turned it into a used car sales horrible customer experience dealership. I'll never shop here again :( read more

Went here in hopes of financing a side by side. Right off the bat things were not feeling right. I kept asking they're employee to show me the side by side I was interested in and wanted to test drive it and he just kept giving me excuses about why he couldn't show me it at the moment but eventually would. Well.. I never got to test it out at all. We than had to sit inside for the next 4-5 hours while they were "trying" to find the best loan for us. When i was presented with the loan options, I was not interested with continuing the loan due to it not fitting my budget and payment schedule. They than kept insisting me on buying the side by side and trying to pressure me into the loan. They're sales manager than came and asked me in a rudely way if I was going to buy the s/s or not. Once again trying to pressure me into buying it. I told him no I was no longer interested in it. He than told us to get out and kicked us out of the store in a super disrespectful way. If i could give this review negative stars i would. The worst place to do ever do business at. Terrible people, terrible business. Maybe they've made changes to their customer service because when I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the woman at the counter. I browsed for about 5 minutes & then a sales rep approached me & was very informative about the quads I was looking at. He answered all my questions & gave me a detailed breakdown of the prices & associated fees. Very straightforward. I wasn't ready to make a decision yet & nobody was pushy. Very clean inside. Good selection. I have been here once before & a rep didn't approach me but that's likely because they were very busy that day. Which makes sense since they can't serve everyone at once. They said they would match the price and I said how about sweetening the deal since I needed a new helmet. They got back with me and said the owner said he will not make a deal with a helmet, so I asked ok then what's the best out the door price, he went and asked the owner and came back and said there is no deal at all, won't match the other price. So now I have a new 1290 R sitting in my garage not bought from them. Worst experience. Did not honor deal as was negotiated before making 12 hour round trip to purchase bike. Low balled my trade which they are selling for $7000 more than they gave me and didn't give discount on the new bike that was discussed. Arrived at dealer when they opened at 10 wasn't helped till 10:45 then sat for 2 hours before they could appraise my bike. Whole experience took 7 hours. I purchased tech pack upgrade which was improperly installed so then had to waste my time taking to another dealer to have it done. Zero accountability and lack of respect for my time. Bike also was diagnosed at my local dealer as having warped rotors as it had a vibration under braking from the factory that they didn't catch or tell me about during their pre delivery inspection. Once again just a lack of respect for my time they just wanted to send me on my way. Worst buying experience I have had. read more

I received a really great price which got me in the door and the service was far better than I've had buying cars! They walked me through the controls, gave me a full walk around, with special attention to the electronics. I honestly felt spoiled and heavily appreciated for choosing them. Sold my motorcycle to them and they sold the bike illegally because they didn't get my title cleared prior to releasing it to the new owner. When I got my loan statement after the sale, I tried calling them to find out why my loan hadn't not been paid off, I could not get anyone to help me. After multiple attempts and unanswered messages I had to go in person and make them address the problem while I stood in front of them. When addressing the issue with one of the managers, he was not being professional about the situation and was making sarcastic comments. Once the office manager stepped in, it turned out that she didn't complete the payoff paperwork correctly. When we addressed the bike being sold without a clear title, she said that they sell bikes on "good faith". She got a new payoff and sent it in, but the payoff was incorrect and I still ended up with a remaining balance. Shady and unprofessional business practices, look elsewhere. read more
