She explained the product and service to me, made sure I was comfortable with everything, and we quickly got to work. Typically I get hard waxed, so I was pleasantly surprised at how much less painful this was than that process. Des worked quickly and efficiently, making sure I was comfortable and distracting me by chatting with me about kayaking adventures. The process was quick, painless and about the same price point as a wax. Now, a few weeks after the service, my skin is beautifully clear!
