My technician didn't cleanse my skin or eyes before beginning the service, and she was coughing the whole time. The space itself didn't offer much privacy. I could clearly hear people using the restroom throughout my appointment, which wasn't exactly relaxing. I also wasn't walked through the process or what to expect from the service, which would have been helpful, especially for a first-time client. As for the results, the lash lift didn't seem to do much of anything. My lashes looked virtually the same as when I walked in, which was really disappointing given the price.

Not only did the lashes only come out as classic but I got them done for 2 weddings. They didn't even last 4 days.
