The location was easy to find, and the receptionist also gave me helpful tips on how to find their establishment, which made the whole process even easier. Kaylyn did my facial, and she was wonderful. She was very thorough, asked thoughtful questions to better understand my skin, and gave me great recommendations both during the facial and for preventing future breakouts. I literally talked her ear off, and she was so patient and easy to work with. She was also very clean, walked me through every step of the procedure, and was incredibly gentle during the extractions while clearing my pores. Leaving the salon, the inflammation from the breakout was gone, and it was no longer tight and painful. The next day, my skin had already healed dramatically. The product she recommended at the end of my facial has already worked wonders, and it's only been a week! With the quality of service they provide and the products they use, I felt the pricing was more than fair. From start to finish, this was a 5-star experience.
