I never thought I'd be the type of person to seek therapy - in any form. I was at my wit's end with my marriage and I knew that if I didn't act carefully and quickly, it might all go away. I took a deep breath and contacted Paul. From our first session I knew that everything I had previously thought about therapy was wrong - at least here at Cohesive SOULutions. Paul is thought provoking and challenging as well as professional. Although the professional boundaries exist and are kept, my wife and I feel that we are talking to a friend. With every session we walked away stronger and more confident that we would "make it." Every hour we spent with Paul gave us more to work on in our marriage and on ourselves. Although I can only speak to his guidance as a couple's counselor, I know for a fact he can change lives individually as well. I first started seeing Paul for marriage counseling, and then personal therapy. Things were coming apart in a larger sense and Paul helped me hold myself together on a personal level. I highly recommend Paul for couples therapy, personal therapy, and hypnotherapy. Went through all of them with Paul. The building inside does not look institutionalized, when you walk in you can hear music playing, patients/residents are interacting in activities or enjoying a movie and the building it self smells good too! Floor staff is very helpful and friendly and the therapy team is very active in helping patients/residents meet goals that they never thought were possible. I would recommend this facility to any of my friends or family who may need assistance or need a job in the health care field.
