When I showed them that the price online was only $127, they suddenly dropped it to $197. I accepted because I urgently needed the package delivered. They assured me it would arrive by 09/11-09/12. Now the tracking shows it's not scheduled to arrive until 09/23. When I called the store for help, they gave me zero assistance. All I got was, "just wait". They charged me nearly $200, promised me a delivery date, and now the package is still not here when I needed it the most. This store is irresponsible, misleading, and only cares about charging you money upfront. Once they get your payment, they wash their hands and blame "the delivery." Nobody tells you the truth, and they don't take responsibility for anything. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from this UPS Store. They act more like scammers than professionals.

Upon arriving at the address listed on Yelp and their website (which is a multi occupancy office building) - the doors were locked with a nondescript intercom system. I called them to try to figure out how to get in. Nobody picked up, but the message proclaimed that they were 'open and operating but couldn't get to the phone.' I wandered around a bit more and found the REAL entrance, located at 520 8th Avenue. I went to check in at the security desk as required, and was turned away by the security guard because apparently, they are appointment-only. That seems odd for a supposedly 24 hour establishment. I did not see this on the website, nor was it mentioned in their phone message. Long story short, wasted so much time going to this place, trying to get in, trying to get a hold of them, trying to get past security, and with nothing to show for it. Will not be trying this business again.

I needed an 18"x24" poster print mounted on foam board, and in my project request I mentioned we would be displaying the poster on a tabletop easel. Patrick clearly read the whole request and gave it thoughtful consideration, because he advised that for an extra few dollars, Alpha could add foldable easel wings to the back of our poster - heck yes! I'd gotten a quote from another larger print shop - let's call them Kedex-Finko's - and the price for this job was easily going to top $50.
