No apology for the inconvenience even when the taxi was 20 minutes late. Worst customer service I've had in ages! Despite the driver's best attempts (and bless him, he did try) I missed my train and had to pay £60 for new ticket. If you can't get a customer to a train in the middle of the day, how do you handle airport runs?!
