Called back again on Tuesday to say I was still waiting on some addresses but I was assured by a man on the switchboard it was definitely still booked for me. When I called last night to give the addresses and get a quote the lady on switchboard (original one) was so rude to me and basically called me a liar saying that I had booked it for last Saturday, (it's a hen do I've had arranged for 7 weeks, I'm not likely to get the date wrong. She just wrote it down wrong) Having argued with me and telling me I was wrong she said I could still have the taxi but she refused to give me a quote and after 3 times of asking she said it will probably be around £45. That's for 2 pick ups in Leicester and then a drop off in town. I could get to Birmingham for that. 2 minutes later she called me back to say the taxi had already been booked for someone else so I could no longer have it. Rude, disgusting manners, absolutely would never use this company again purely for the way the incompetent, unprofessional, rude mannered woman spoke to me and dealt with the fact SHE had made a mistake. Quote was also total rip off, I now how another 12 seater taxi booked with another company for £35 for exactly the same trip!

As some trains stop as less stations you may need to change at Leicester to reach stansted airport. The station is served by crosscountry trains turbostar 170 trains, and these can become rather busy during the morning and evening rush hours. The station is within close proximity of Narborough town centre, and allows a convinient location for passengers.
