Really not impressed with Silver Cabs. I have used them a few times, and they have been…read moreconsistently late to pick me up, but recently their sub-standard service became outright awful. I ordered a taxi the day before to take me to the station early in the morning the next day. The taxi never arrived at the allotted time, and when I called Silver Cabs, they didn't seem to know anything about the booking. This resulted in me missing the train and nearly missing the flight I was going to catch. Unreliable taxi firm. Do not use.

On the morning of my booking I telephoned 5 minutes before my taxi was due to arrive, and was told that they could not get a driver, and " WOULD I LIKE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION ! " I am 92 years old and could not find words! I will NEVER use this company again. All my extended family will NEVER use this company again. None of my friends will EVER use this company again. I hope that this warning reaches far and wide. Be warned...this is the most appalling service I have ever received.

He didn't even say sorry for keeping you waiting, in fact his manna was so bad I called to speak to a manager and was told to write an email.
