They performed x-rays and extracted both teeth on that same day. Dr. Bujila was exceptional and provided a thorough explanation of the procedures that would take place. Overall, the experience was excellent. The staff was truly remarkable and incredibly kind. The dental office is new and very well-maintained. Parking is not a concern, and it is located in a free-standing building. I have found my new dentist.

I called the office and was informed this was my balance. I told them i couldn't pay this. In the beginning they said they didn't accept payments, now they will. They even offered to lower it. Needless to say they reported me to a collection agency.

The office and facility were very clean and well cared for. The staff were very friendly and took the time to answer my questions. They confirmed the tooth in question indeed should be removed and provided me with a full disclosure of costs (less than $500)!!! When you go in, they've got coffee water in their little waiting room, but I guarantee you you don't wait long. It's not like a regular doctors office where they say you have to be here at a certain time and then you wait 45 minutes for them. If they say be here at 8:15, you should be in a chair within just a few minutes. The front staff is extremely knowledgeable, very polite. Parking is excellent ease of access is also very good.

The nurse said, "no there is more, we were going to tell you." I showed them the initial "plan" and asked why I wasn't told of this before. She repeated, "we were going to tell you." I said this sounded like sketchy. I want to know why they would hide the whole treatment plan. I should have been told from the first visit.
