After paying my annual fee, I was prescribed an exorbitant amount…read moreof compounded hormones, including vaginal suppositories, estrogen vaginal cream, E and P capsules, T cream, many of which called for application 3-4 times a day. While my E and P were tested after the first three months, she never tested my T levels. After five months, my T level was over 1500! ( for perspective, my 33 yo son is on T replacement....his level is around 850)! She maintained that it was impossible for my levels to be that high; it had to be a lab error. I stopped usually the T cream and went back the following week to retest the T. Even a week after, my levels from two different NATIONAL labs were over 700! While my side effects were severe and included cystic acne, aggression, mood swings, unusual levels of sexual desire, insomnia, and fatigue, such high levels for a women can be even more dangerous! Nit once did she apologize or admit that I was overdosed, continuing to maintain that that her staff, the lab, and even I was responsible for the test results! I left the practice after this horrible experience, and she did t even offer to refund the exorbitant annual fee that I paid! i do not recommend Dr Mel to anyone!

I saw one person here for a facial in June 2023 and it was 10/10 the worst facial I ever had. She up-charged and pushed a jelly mask on me, which took up 10 min or so of my session. She also butchered my derma-plane so badly that I looked like a hairy peach, half shaven. I originally just tipped and left but upon seeing myself in the car I went back in and spoke with Dr. Dean who apologized and then rebooked me with the better staff member for 3 weeks later for a comped facial and dermaplane. I went back and saw Kat, who was AMAZIIIIIIING. 3 stars should be 5 for Kat. She was so good that I bought a bunch of ZO products, and still use the line daily and have repurchased. Saw her twice in a row and my skin is absolutely better off having know her and gotten recommendations. However, as a "wellness" center I was sad I only had one person I could see here for facials. I sucked it up when Kat was gone all summer 2023 and unfortunately she simply didn't return to this location after her summer travels. Since I couldn't trust anyone else here for facials, I simply went elsewhere. Ideally this location will get exceptional associates to do not only injections, but also facials.
