Happy with B & W We…read morepurchased a new golf cart from B and W in Nov 2016. B &W has done the servicing and also repaired a tire for us. We have never had a problem with them. The cart is great, runs great, looks great. Recently I called to voice concern that our batteries weren't taking water with our quick connect fill system. Steve tried to help me over the phone but ended up coming to the house to check it out. I appreciated the personal service and will continue to use them for our golf cart.

I believe that at one time this operation ran a tight ship and had a pretty good name. That is not…read morethe case anymore. I just had the kind of buying experience you hope will never happen. It started with false advertising, leading to a bait-and-switch. They advertised a Sportsman with a 2019 Yamaha 250... After we started putting the deal together, we discovered that it was really a 2018. The Garmin was advertised as a 12-inch but turns out to be a 10-inch. All the information we had led us to believe a trailer was included. At the close, we found out it was not included. We had been told that they would have the engine records for us, but at the closing they discovered there were none. The financing was bizarre....The finance guy sat there and told me that 10% was a good rate and an $800 payment was good. This after their ad in Boat Trader showed a payment around 350 as doable. After we found that was just more BS we were told "it must be your credit". Don't think so... our credit at that time was over 800. There's more but just know these guys give used car salesmen a bad name.

Buying a brand new Mercedes Benz was one of mine and my wives bucket list items. Frank was highly…read morerecommended by a friend who has bought several Mercedes from him. We contacted Frank, liked him immediately and then drove 5 hours from St Augustine to check his inventory. And wow, did Frank and his crew deliver! Frank's professionalism, personal care, and attention to detail made this the best car purchase we have had to date. From the first test ride with Frank in our new 2026 GLE 350 4matic, working out the numbers and going through financing the whole experience was easy and stress free. Then, we had the pleasure of meeting the concierge who helped us setup the Mercedes app, sync it to the car and gave us a full overview on the car's technology. Frank called us that afternoon to see how we liked the car and asked us call him with any questions we had. He also called the next day as we were driving home to check how we were doing and said to write down any questions we have, and not to hesitate to call him. It is refreshing to deal with a salesman like Frank who didn't forget about us after we drove off the lot. We highly recommend Frank Deluca and Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs for your next luxury car purchase.

Two months passed and I went in alone this time to test drive the car. I wanted a different salesperson and got Ken L. ( don't really want to put his last name here). He was quite annoying. During the ride he was constantly texting someone and not hearing my questions. We went back to the dealer and he figured out a quote and then said so do you want to buy this today. I said no, I'm deciding between the Mercedes, BMW and Porsche. He said when will you know? I said I wasn't sure and that I needed to drive the other cars first and to give me a week. He said, "well I did just give you a quote." As though that was some extraordinary task. He proceeded to call, text and email me everyday asking if I made a decision yet. IF I decided on the Mercedes I would never buy from this person, he was condescending, doesn't listen, is rude and dismissive. He does a disservice to this dealership. I couldn't even get my questions answered because he kept saying so are you ready now after each question. If you want a Mercedes try a different salesperson or dealership.
