I can't comment on docking or area ammenities as I've been there three times to refuel only. We usually stay at South Seas, which is pricier and seems nicer to spend the weekend. I am however a fan of Marco Island Marina because the times I've been there the staff has been friendly and it seems like a very well built and maintained marina.

Longtime Customer - Extremely Disappointed with Declining Service…read more I've been a loyal customer of The Boat House for years and have purchased multiple boats from them--always on the promise from management that I'd be taken care of when it came to service and support. Unfortunately, that promise has been completely broken, and the quality of their service department has only gone downhill. Most recently, I brought my boat in for what should have been a simple repair. I was told it would be ready in a week or two, but nearly a month passed with no communication. I had to call repeatedly just to get updates, and every time I spoke with someone, the story changed--parts were ordered, then backordered; the boat was being worked on, then suddenly it wasn't. There was zero consistency and even less transparency. When I finally got the boat back, I was shocked at the condition it was returned in. It was filthy--greasy handprints on the seats, dirty footprints all over the deck, and it clearly hadn't been cleaned or cared for at all. I brought this up with the service department, and all I got was a casual "sorry," with no offer to fix it or make things right. To make matters worse, the original issue I brought the boat in for still wasn't fully resolved--and now there was a new issue that wasn't there before. Again, no urgency, no accountability, and no effort to deliver the kind of service they promise when selling boats. After spending millions of dollars with The Boat House over the years, this experience makes it painfully clear that customer loyalty means nothing to them. I will not be buying another boat from them again, and I strongly recommend that others look elsewhere if they expect any level of professionalism or long-term support.

It started with false advertising, leading to a bait-and-switch. They advertised a Sportsman with a 2019 Yamaha 250... After we started putting the deal together, we discovered that it was really a 2018. The Garmin was advertised as a 12-inch but turns out to be a 10-inch. All the information we had led us to believe a trailer was included. At the close, we found out it was not included. We had been told that they would have the engine records for us, but at the closing they discovered there were none. The financing was bizarre....The finance guy sat there and told me that 10% was a good rate and an $800 payment was good. This after their ad in Boat Trader showed a payment around 350 as doable. After we found that was just more BS we were told "it must be your credit". Don't think so... our credit at that time was over 800. There's more but just know these guys give used car salesmen a bad name.

Wow…read more Stopped for gas. My last stop of a 2300 mile trip. They didn't answer in the radio so I called on the phone to let them know I was coming in the front door with a pretty good headwind. A girl verified they indeed had fuel and hung up. Got to the dock and tied up, no one in sight. I start filling one tank and the pump is barely pumping. Stopped, gave it time to prime (half a dozen times) but couldn't get it to pump. Still no one around. Get back off the boat and go find a worker to help. She said she would be right out and I returned to my vessel. A few minutes later she approached my boat dragging a different fuel hose. She stops 5' short of my stern, extends her arm out and shoulder height and pulled the trigger to FULL. Aiming ahead of herself onto their floating dock she exclaims that this one working better. As gas is now splattering all over me, my boat, and their dock I was in awe when she handed me the nozzle and walked back towards the office. Sad to see just how bad society has completely lost respect for our environment. I totally blame management for the lack of proper training and employing people that have no business working there. It used to be a real job, a fuel dock worker. Now we let any warm body willing to work for minimum wages.

I've got good news, and bad news, about this parking lot…read more First the good news; this is the best lot for Marco Island Beach access. It's reasonably priced, $8 for the day, has restrooms, and is close to the beach. Just walk across the street, and your at the beach in 5 minutes. Now the bad news; if you don't get here early, such as before 9:00am on weekends, you're going to be waiting in line, in your car, on the road, for well over an hour, in order to get a parking spot. You can try the other lots in the area, but you'll be paying more, or walking much longer, with your stuff, to get to the beach. Welcome to Marco Island.

I've visited family in nearby Naples many times over the past 20 years, but I don't think I ever…read moremade it to Marco Island. My husband and I took a trip down one weekday evening in mid June, we wanted to go for a beach walk and browse for shells. There are a couple of public lots, but some of them involve more of a walk. I never mind a long stroll, but not when it's 90 out. There was ample parking available when we arrived here in the evening. I was kind of bummed we had to pay $8 since we were only going to be there for about 1-2 hours, but oh well. I was happy to see bathrooms here. We walked through a beautiful palm tree lined sidewalk to get to the beach. I live in NC and sometimes it can be a real workout to walk on the sand, but I found it quite easy to walk on this beach. The beach was fairly quiet when we visited in the evening. There are a lot of high rises along this part of the beach. The water was very clear and pretty. My husband enjoyed looking for shells and found a few to take home. Nice spot, would definitely come back again. After we left, we got some dinner and were only 5 minutes away from a variety of eateries.
